This company is a total scam. I can't even believe the SEC has not shut them down.

My review has nothing to do with the quality of WBI's program. I was excited to learn what they teach. It's a complicated subject that they strive to simplify for investors of all experience levels, and I looked forward to the training.
On 11/12/24 I became a member. On 11/16/24 I started my application for the software they use in their program. Later on 11/16/24 (a Saturday) I received some personal information that made it necessary for me to withdraw from the program. On 11/18/24 I cancelled my application for the software and informed my account representative that I was withdrawing from the program and requesting a refund.
On 12/9/24 I was informed that I must deal directly with WBI's President. The only method provided of contacting the President was via email. I emailed the President 7 times and never received a reply. The only reply I received from the President was a snarky reply via their Support team.
Subsequently I could not get a response from anyone at WBI. My last 3 emails to Support went unanswered, as well as text to my account representative.
It was only on 1/29/2025 (more than ten weeks after my request), when I attempted to contact WBI through the Better Business Bureau website, that I was suddenly informed that I would be receiving a refund of my substantial investment.
I see many positive reviews for WBI, and I do not doubt the sincerity of those reviews in any way. My only point is that once they have your money, they will hold onto it very tightly no matter what!

Waste of money. The instruction is a skeletal outline of what you need to know. I tried calling and having a mentor take me through a simulated trade from start to finish but they declined. Terrible investment!

They had scheduled me for the first contact with an agent but I first had to talk to a person who does a prescreen to validate me as a viable candidate. Then after going through the BS he said no one is available to talk to me now. When I make committments to meet with others, I expect them to also live up to their word. Thus we are not off to a good start and I am thinking of cancelling as they wasted my time. I am a successful stock trader with 2 losses in the past month during which time my accout is up 34%. I have studied options a lot but don't have enough confidence to do many option trades. I only do very limited risk trades and have a decent understanding of the basic limited risk strategies. I probably will cancel any future contact with these people as they wasted my time.

These all negative reviews here are the truth! So if you don't believe me. Go ahead and waste your money 7gran $7 software it doesn't matter.This people once they grab your MONEY FORGET ABOUT YOU! YOU'RE ON YOUR ON FROM NOW TO FIGURE THIS OUT FOR YOURSELF!!

I made an honest review about this program and then in a sudden a whole 'army' from triplesynclogic started attacking me personally just because of my honest opinion. This is why is makes me believe that this is not a very honest company or program when people cannot even leave there honest opinion without being personally attacked. Stay away from this company.
