It's a scam got lawn mower and still haven't got it

Am with EVERYONE ELSE- scammers

I ordered a electric scooter in the 28 of may it's the 18 of June nothing has come and don't waste any money on trippinsolo and I'm thinking about sue them for falls advertising and scammers

If I could rate this company it would receive zero!!!! Ordered a transport chair for my husband's medical needs. No product, no information. All dead ends. Company does not respond! Payment made to a Benadict Lao. Researched with no accurate results. Buyer beware!!!!🤬

I ordered a power washer from them but still haven’t received anything on June 7. Haven’t received a confirmation nothing I’m really disappointed. I’m a retired marine and I work hard for my money and it really sucks to be put out like that. That’s OK. Karma is a let me tell you

Well I ordered a gas weed eater from Trippinsolo on the 12th the only thing I got from them is a invoice receipt with the order number but I've tried emailing over and over and I still haven't gotten anything from them

I would like to know how to report and remove this company from the web.

I ordered from trippinsolo.com and never got my order. I should've look to see if it was a legit company.

Like others, no confirmation, no tracking information, no response to emails. I usually do a better job of checking out companies before I order. I will do a better job in the future.

Same experience as everyone else. I would add that I used a credit card that was routed to a merchant called Speedy in Reservoir, Australia. I am going through the dispute process with Visa now

Has anyone received a refund after purchasing a product from this company? I'm pretty sure this is a scam. They won't respond to emails and if you try calling them you get a busy signal. Paypal won't refund till July 24th since my transaction is still pending after 3 weeks.

Purchased item from them and no tracking number no item either. This is a scam and do not order anything from them. Thought I was smarter then this.

My story is the same. Placed an order, no confirmation, no delivery of order, no reply to emails, no working phone number. I contacted my bank for charge back. I tried to contact consumer protection bureau, but the chainsaw got them. I guess we are all buyer beware.

Bought a drone from this website, never received the order confirmation, never received tracking number, tried to call the customer support number but the line is disconnected, nobody reply the emails regarding my order, had to open a claim with PayPal then the seller reply to PayPal with a fake tracking number and PayPal honored the payment to the seller, had to re-open the claim and upload information about the tracking number used was fake, no movement at all, the tracking information didn't work on several websites, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE, PayPal is honoring the payment to this website who's robbing the people, so if PayPal refuses to give you the money back, just do it directly with your bank and provide the information.

PayPal refuse the refund and closed the case on the seller favor, the scam seems to be linked with PayPal, beware of it!!!!

Well, I've been had to as a May 20th 2025. Whatever may happen. I hope they get them all. Lock them down and throw away the key.

I made a purchase through trippinsolo of two electric riding mowers, and as of yet they havent been delivered. On top of that the payment was authorized at one price then received notice the charge was increased. Even with the increased price I havent received the products nor will anyone respond to numerous emails. As far as im concerned this is no way to do business, but a great way to run a scam!

UPDATE Still havent recieved product, nor have I had a response from Trippinsolo, nor PayPal concerning the straight up scam, and rip off perpetrated against me. Time to take legal action, and seek punitive damages in order to punish their behavior! Advice for all concerned. After they took payment I waited 2 weeks got nothing been emailing and there number is disconnected currently been a month and nothing trying to go to the banks

Ordered a kayak, been saving up and was super excited to find one on this site for cheap. My son is coming in June to visit and I promised him a kayak. These horrible people are a scam. After ordering, no response, call and of course the line is busy. They also had the audacity to increase the initial payment from $119 to $132. I'm working with my account to have the charges reversed. Robbing hard working people, especially during these times should be a triple felony. I have harsher words for these pieces of S#@T,,,
