An exceptional company! Their support and professionalism during my trip was exemplary. Everything ran smoothly and they went out of their way to help. On arrival the airline lost my suitcase, at 4am the driver still waited for me while others were left stranded at the airport and they responded to messages even at 4am! I cannot recommend this company more highly. Thank you. 🙏

Fot the price that we paid, this tour has exceeded our expectations. From the pick up to drop off, hotel rooms w/ full breakfast, and the excursions were amazing! It was so easy to communicate w/ them. There was an issue w/ our 1 of our local flights and I got them on the phone to speak w/ the airport personnel and it got resolved right away. People have been asking me what tour company I used when I posted pics online. Would use the same company again on our next plan to see more of South America.

Trips SouthAmerica was great to work with and we had an amazing experience in Argentina and Chile. The hotels were beautiful and all the transfers and excursions went smoothly. We especially loved our time on the W hike and so appreciated that everything had been taken care of for us. The team on the ground was great to work with and they communicated with us easily about what to expect next. I would highly recommend booking a trip with them and look forward to traveling in South America again soon.

Her responsiveness is second to none. Despite a significant 12-hour time difference, Flor consistently responded to our messages promptly — during weekends, outside of regular work hours, even during lunch breaks and late into the night. This level of dedication exceeded our expectations and made us feel valued and well cared for. Our 16-day custom planned itinerary met our expectations in every way. We had great times from Buenos Aires to Tierra del Fuego. All transport connections were smooth and on time, which gave us confidence, especially since we don’t speak Spanish and had never been to South America before. Travel / transit days provided a bit of rest from the daily group tours that showed us so much of the highlights of Argentina and Chile.

The activities were to the point with what I expeted and more
From the winery tour in Mendoza, the bus to get to Bariloche, The tours in Bariloche, tour of the area and the birding tour. Thank you for sharing with us. Our guides Juan Pablo Martin, Juan Yannoulas and the perfect little witch for the birding tour (forgot the name but was soooo great, wished the tour would have lasted longer, just to chat)

What a magical trip you planned for us for our 25th Anniversary. There was always someone to pick us up and get us to where we needed to be, which took the fear out of traveling to a country that speaks a different language. Each site was so interesting.
All of our guides were knowledgeable and gave us the history the area— so fascinating. Most of them spoke English well, which helped us communicate.
The food was fantastic, especially the farewell dinner. It was a five course meal, with local fair we would not have known to ordered. Each were amazingly delicious.
If we have the opportunity to come back we will definitely be calling on you to plan our trip, and if we hear of anybody going to Peru, we will most definitely recommend you.

The trip was very well organized and all of our guides and drivers were excellent. We were in Argentina for this trip on mostly private excursions and they were very good about listening to our feedback and adjusting times for pickup and drop off to meet our needs. The price was quite good as well. Thanks again for a great trip

Our trip to Chile was outstanding and Julian at Trips South America was always there if we had a question. The trip went super smoothly as we travelled from Santiago to Temuco to Puerto Montt to Torres del Paine to Easter Island. All accomodations, transportation, food and guides that the company arranged were fantastic! We would definitely love to use Trips South America again and I very highly recommend them to everyone!

Overall, we had a most enjoyable trip to Buenos Aires, Iguazu, and Rio. Everything was well organized and executed -- the choice of hoels, local tours with exellent guides and most importantly, everyone who was suppsed to meet & greet us showed up on tme. We had great help from Leandro who suggested interesting places and hotels we liked. It was too hot for us in Mendoza so it was one day too long there.
the trip to Iguazu was a highlight as well as the glaciers in Patagonia. Chalten was a long trip for only one days stay, even if it was beautiful we could have skipped it. The guides were good and we loved Buenos Aires. We should have spent a weekend there.

The trip was well arranged and the recommendations were all good in terms of where to visit and which hotels to use. We only had one issue, which was quickly resolved to our full satisfaction. We would use Trips South America again, without hesitation.

Leandro went above and beyond to ensure our needs for our vacation were met. It was an especially challenging trip to deal with, since it was postponed twice due to Covid-19. We had 9 flights and 8 locations to be planned and managed. I don't know how we would've done our trip without our intrepid travel agent. Thank you, Leandro!!!!!!

Everything was on schedule, we were able to see everything we had intended to see and do. The support group was available along the way.

The accommodations were comfortable and in safe locations. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and helpful even exchanging cash when we ran out.

I came across "trips South-America" through google search and I'm so glad I found them! Their work is impeccable, I'm extremely satisfied with their professionalism. They helped me with a family trip to Easter Island. It wasn't an easy trip to book due to new covid restrictions. Thank you Clementina for great communication and quick response, you're AMAZING!!! She made sure that we had all the documents needed to be able to enter the island. One of the forms didn't get approved on time and she did everything possible to make sure we were able to make our trip.

What a fantastic agency we used to plan our trip to Argentina. I always get nervous using agents. They are very hit and miss. Trips South America completely changed my perception. From our pick up to our drop off they were excellent. They created a WhatsApp group with us and were always prompt on responses, a helpful in reccomendations and suggestions. The guides we had were also great... Always happy and helpful, and we never felt they were not 'interested'.

I would strongly recommend trips South America to anyone looking for a reliable travel agent to plan every aspect of your trip.

We did a wine tasting tour by bicycle and it was absolutely fantastic! Well organised from the first moment! The wineries and the food tasting station were just beautiful and super authentic. The lunch was the best we had in Argentina. We can only recommend this trip!

My husband and I had a great holiday in Chili thanks to Trip SouthAmerica and especially to Guadalupe. She helped us planning our trip in Chili and Easter island. We liked a lot the fact that first they asked us what we wanted to visit and they managed to tailor the itinerary according to all our demands! All the flight/bus connections were perfectly organized (no rush in taking connection and neither boring moments). I'm really grateful to Trips SouthAmerica because while we were on holiday there was a big issue with the weather, the Atacama desert was flooded, but we didn't really estimate the severity of the situation. Trip SouthAmerica and Guadalupe properly explained us what was happening at that moment advising us on time and they came up with different alternatives on how to proceed our journey. They gave us some options to chose in order to enjoy our holiday. In few hours they managed to reschedule flights, hotels and excursions and to receive a refund for the cancelled flights.
They properly understood our expectations and they were extremely available before, during and after the trip.
Next time we go to South America we contact them for sure!

We have just returned to Israel after three wonderful weeks in Patagonia (arranged by Trips SouthAmerica Argentina & Chile). In general, the trip was organized very well and all the problems were solved during the tour (such as, changes in the flights or a special arrangement to get earlier to the Torres Del Paine). The hotels were pretty good, but mostly very far from the center. During the trip, we enjoyed very much from the private tours in Chile and in Buenos Aires and during the sailings to the glaciers and to the islands of sea lions and penguins. Other tours, such as the national park in Ushuaia and the excursions in Bariloche were very nice but the tour-guides were so so and they used to explain mostly in Spanish and less in English. We would prefer more private tours. Nevertheless, we enjoyed very much in this trip and it was a great experience.
