Trips for travel has been an awesome company to work with. And their agents are very helpful and friendly. They help me with any of my travel concerns, and they make for a seamless and smooth traveling and flying experience. So thank you guys so much and I hardly recommend them.

Good communication

We booked our flight through this agency, and although we eventually managed to travel, the experience was very unpleasant. On the day of the flight, we faced several issues that prevented us from boarding on time. Communication with the agency was slow and unclear; no one seemed to take responsibility or offer a concrete solution at the moment. We had a really stressful time trying to fix the situation on our own.

Even though we were finally able to complete the trip, the customer service was disappointing. We expected more support and organization from an agency that is supposed to make the process easier, not more complicated. I wouldn’t recommend this agency and honestly wouldn’t use their services again.

Please be very very careful and aware of this company. DONOT USE THEIR SERVICES for booking your travel. When you book a ticket, you will not receive any confirmation, as they say it will come 24 hours before flight. I bought my ticket 1 month in advance and I still didnt get my confirmation 24 hours before flight. I kept calling them and asking, and they finally send me a confirmation 16 hours before flight time. When I went for my flight, they didnt allow me to board because my boarding pass was not valid and rejected. They said that the ticket was bought with 3 different credit cards and was eventually cancelled. Then when I called them, Tripsfortravel gave me another flight confirmation, and at boarding time, even that didnt work. They gave me another one and at Boarding time, that didnt work either. I spend 8 hours at the airport for nothing and missed my best friends wedding.
DONOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS SITE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, YOU WILL REGRET IT 1000%!!!!

I found a great deal for my flight and it was very good. On time and nice crew.

I will not recommend anyone to use this site for booking travels. We booked a flight on Tuesday and we didn’t get our confirmation until the morning of the flight. We had called several time and they were advising us we will send it in 30 minutes. We had to keep calling and calling to get our confirmation until.. horrible experience.

The trip was good, but I paid for a seat in the Main cabin and I didn't get it

This weekend was my first time using trip for travel and I had a good experience. The customer service was exceptional well also. It was a smooth process for me and I would recommend anyone to use them.

⚠️ Travelers, beware! This agency is a scam. They took payment but never provided the services promised. Communication was misleading, and once they had the money, they stopped responding. I lost both time and money because of their dishonesty. Do not book with this company.

SCAMMING LYING RUDE PEOPLE!!
They are liars!!! They are scammers!! They lied and said they had me and my daughter a flight and they lied!!!
They called me 20 minutes into an hour ride to the airport to tell me my flight was cancelled but my 9 yrs old flight wasn’t…
I called JetBlue they confirmed my daughters flight but not mine ( the adult the mother) so o called them back and they we’re trying to give me a flight two hours away from where I lived!! I talked to JetBlue agents and they told me to tell those people they are lying!!!
Sent me these unprofessional emails stating I will be getting my money 2 business days I called back and now it’s 7-10 business days called back they said they released the funds called my bank and my bank said they were lying!!!
Now I called back and their automated machine came in which it was 24 he access now they have a business hr automated phone now!!!
This has been the worse experience EVER!!!
I WISH I DIDNT HAVE TO GIVE THEM ANY STARS!!!
OH DID I FORGET HOW THEY KEPT HANGING UP ON A FRANTIC MOTHER BEING STUCK IN PUERTO RICO WITH A CHILD!!!!
