Franziska in customer care was excellent. She was very quick to help me process my return. But, when my return package went missing from my building's mailroom before DHL could scan it, I had no proof of what happened and expected to lose the full amount. After explaining the situation to her, Franziska processed my refund anyway.
Felt obligated to leave a review because I really did appreciate how professional and generous Tripulse/ Franziska were. Will definitely be placing another order soon.
Thanks again!

No complaints. Really soft and nice fabric, and finally a bra that doesn't chafe my skin.

After searching the internet for non-toxic and planet friendly active wear this was the best and most beautiful option I could find. I had a bit of an urgent situation because I was going on a long trip and they were super helpful in sending me the order straight away and helping me return the sizes that didn't fit.
The items are of great quality, and of higher quality and better fit than other brands that offer non-toxic workout wear I've tried.
I will def order from them again!

I ordered a Men's Natural Performance T-shirt in XL, paid $122 CAD, plus $33 CAD for shipping to Canada, PLUS an import fee of $36 CAD, so about $190 CAD for a single T-shirt. If that doesn't already deter you from buying from here, keep reading.
It was small on me, but I was confident buying since they advertise a "Perfect Fit Guarantee" which includes "Free Exchanges". Their advertisement banner says "Free Global Exchanges".
After reaching out to exchange, I was told that import fees weren't covered in the exchange, only the shipping is, meaning the exchange would not be free, it would cost me another $36 CAD.
Saying you offer “free global exchanges” signals that after my initial payment, it won’t cost me anything to get a different size. The shipping and import fee for my initial order were not free which was stated on their website. For my exchange, since its advertised as a "free exchange", I would expect the entire exchange, which encompasses both the shipping and import fee, to be free. In this case, it was NOT free, as only the shipping in the exchange was free, not the import fee. This should be explicitly stated for exchanges instead of saying that the exchange is free.
To make matters worse, after I communicated my disappointment about thinking it would be an actual "free exchange" to their customer service representative, I was met with a passive-aggressive response from Franziska who said the exact words “I’m sorry if this is not clear to you,” sent screenshots where it says "free shipping" with a drawn underline, and saying “point me to the text where we wrote that”.
The product is also very flimsy and light, if you put it on wrong it feels like you might tear the stiches or the material. Does not seem durable at all.
I would highly suggest avoiding this company, there are plenty of alternatives out there for clothing made from Lyocell. Their product is cheap, they mark up their prices like crazy, they don't offer what they advertise, and their customer service representatives are rude. Save your time and money.

A friendly company within contact and with a great mission. Change the activewear industry from plastic to natural fibres and with human working conditions. I really enjoy the cause and the clothing. I have worn out my first original shirt after two years when I didn't want to wear my plastic shirts after the first try on. I also have pro leggings and shorts with side pockets and I enjoy the feeling and fit. They stay in place and are breathable. Perfect for intense workouts too. Thanks Tripulse for offering an even better alternative than the conventional active wear industry.

I found Tripulse while researching exercise clothing brands that are free of PFAs and other chemicals. Their mission to offer just that, along with sustainable practices, is what made me decide to try their clothes. I have exercised (running, HIIT, Pilates, yoga and strength training) in their leggings, sport bras, and recently their shorts and tank. Their clothes are exceptionally well made, beautiful colors choices, soft against my skin, durable, and never smell bad even after all the sweating (seriously!). It is not easy to find a high impact running sports bra that is free of PFAs, but Tripulse did it! They also have amazing customer service as they are super responsive and helpful anytime I had questions. I’m so glad I found them, and I’m relieved knowing I am working out in clothes that are better for my health and the environment. I will remain a loyal customer for as long as they are around!

Amazing customer service via the owner Franziska, as she is responsive and engaging. So far I have purchased a pair of the Pro's and Original 2.0 leggings, as well as the sports bra - all are very well made and super comfortable. Tripulse has high ethical and environmental standards, which makes it all worth it. Shipping to the U.S. is also speedy. Highly recommended!
I’ve been looking for a replacement for my polyester lululemon leggings because if the reports of toxins. I’ve also been having skin issues from wet polyester. These are the only leggings I have found that are even better than my lululemons! Pricey but worth every penny. So glad I tried them.

I purchased leggings because I like the sustainability of the product. However, they did not fit and were too big/long do I wanted to return. I emailed the company 3 times in a week or so and did their chat once and have had no response . I copied their email directly from their page, so there shouldn’t be a problem there. I guess it’s a way for them to keep your money and force customers to be stuck with a product that doesn’t work.

The clothes are very nice quality. Unfortunately I received someone else’s order with items I did not choose. My email hasn’t had a response, I don’t see any phone number. I don’t like ordering international when it’s hard to reach customer service. I am unsure if I can return the items since it’s not what I ordered. Sucks, I wanted to support them..

I bought the 2.0 original hidden pocket tights and I've fallen in love. They are so comfortable. I was surprised at how cool they kept me during a pretty hard workout. Great fit and so happy knowing the material is free of toxins.

I have been on a mission to find exercise gear that matches the comfort of lululemon, but sustainable and nontoxic. I am over the moon excited to have discovered Tripulse, a highly ethical company. I actually find their clothing much more comfortable than Lululemon because they are more breathable and cool. The leggings have a fantastic stretch. They are super high-quality, sturdy yet light, and it feels like every detail has been thought out. They are designed in Sweden and made in Portugal. So happy to have stumbled upon their website by chance.

I first ordered the Pro Leggings with Tencel in July 2023 and used it 3 times a week for runs, gym sessions, and stretches.
Since the start of 2024, I've spotted 4 holes on my leggings. I rarely do HIIT or explosive moves in it, and I religiously follow the care instructions.
The legging is very soft, comfortable, breathable, and doesn't roll down when you're moving. However, for that price tag, I'm disappointed at the number of trips I need to take to the tailor.
Update:
Tripulse reached out to me and we went over the problem in details. According to them, this is the first of such feedback and there isn't a clear answer as to how this happened. I received a new set of leggings so indeed, the customer care is great and this shows that they have faith in their products, and that this could be a one-off occurrence.

Tripulse is 100% plastic free and their activewear is made out of Tencel! Their products are kind to our nature and to our skin and hormones!!
It's breathable and naturally antibacterial witch I love!
Their leggings, sports bra and tshirt is softest and mest comfiest my skin have felt.
The fit is great and their products are of such high quality.

The support is great. My order was a tank top and a pair of leggings and with the leggings there was a problem with the seam. I asked for a replacement and Franziska answered really quickly and sent me a new pair. The material of the tank top and the leggings feel great. The leggings stay put. I didn't like the elastic band, so I removed it. I'm very happy with my purchase, would buy again and have a new favourite, sustainable workout outfit.

Love this company and their products! The tencel tank top and tshirt are really soft and the coral colour is gorgeous. (The tshirt runs a little larger than the tank top.) There are lots of companies greenwashing these days but Tripulse really seems to have put a lot of thought into their message and making sure their products are as sustainable as possible - most people don't realise that tencel is more sustainable than organic cotton due to the way it is grown. The packaging was entirely sustainable too and came with a hand-written note from the founder! I am a big fan of what they are doing and have already recommended to friends.

I love my leggings and shorts from Tripulse. There has been so much attention to detail in every aspect of the process and it shows. The leggings and shorts both fit like a glove, I am wearing them everywhere I go! I'm mainly using them in the gym but also just as everyday leggings and shorts for errands and other life stuff. I've enjoyed the style and the fact that I stay cool and sweat free during my workout sessions. Thank you for this amazing product <3 I will always be back!

I love the Tripulse products. I bought the leggings and the T-shirt. The pants feels so comfortable, soft like a second skin and I don't need to pull it up several times during the workout as I needed to do before with other brands. It is sooo hard to find workout pants that stays where it is. It has the perfect hight, doesn't press on the stomach, doesn't roll down and you cant look through it. I use the pants not just for work out but also for long walks and hiking. Its a little thicker than usual workout pants but thats no disadvantage at all.
The tank top is perfect long, very airy, you can hardly feel it.
The cloths are not just comfortable but they also look great and very importantly are sustainable and made in Europe. I am very happy to have my set and always happy to wear it. I hope many more can experience such high quality and sustainable cloths. Looking forward to more products, also for men ;)

Simply amazing! More than happy with the quality and the way the leggings and tank top look! The fabric is thick but doesn't make you feel constraint. I enjoy all my workouts indoors and outdoors. Perfect!
