Tranquility incense holder - amazing purchase as a gift for my grandmother. Fantastic quality and great design.

Absoultely horrific!
Ordered some products wholesale to sell in my shop. Almost all of them arrived in some way damaged. With a large amount of air bubbles or visible mendings - like wholes being covered with a different coloured material. One of the white vases even had beige paint stains (as in plural!) on them. I then requested to return the items as they were faulty but they wouldnt accept as they claimed "that is what happens when you use natural materials like we do"... So i was stuck with products i couldnt sell... I then started using the vases for personal use and they got water damaged STRAIGHT AWAY. Honestly i have never been more dissapointed in any products, personal or business wise. Would not reccomend to my wors enemy!

The product I purchased was not well designed and I ended up with a burn hole in my carpet. After a number of emails with no reply I am having to go through my credit card company to claim my money back. Would never buy from again.

Tiny tealight holders the top of the tealight stick out the top of the holder and makes them look odd. Far too small,really disappointed with purchase,if they were a bit bigger they would be lovely.

Beautifully made with unique patterns and markings. It would be great if this could have been a little longer as the incense sticks that I purchased are longer than that of the capture tray for the ash. Apart from that I’d thoroughly recommend for the quality, the communication and speedy delivery.

I purchased two candle holders which looked lovely from the website. They are much smaller in reality and one arrived smashed from transit. I had to email twice before receiving a response. I am waiting for a replacement currently. Fingers crossed

I was disappointed upon arrival. The item was substantially smaller than it looked in the photos and I felt that because of this, it was very overpriced for what it was as you’d need several of them to make any kind of impact.
