Decapping pins
Products (decapping pins) arrived, but in a bad shape. The pins are old and rusty.

Hi Julius,
We are sorry that you have received the product with some signs of rust.
You must know that the material these products are made of (mostly carbon iron) tends to rust in a very short time.
We keep these products in our warehouse with special silicon bags to avoid these problems.
Unfortunately during transport the product must have been exposed to a significant change in temperature and therefore you have found this small defect.
In any case, we confirm that you can safely use the product, this problem does not damage the robustness of the product.
If you prefer, you can clean the product using your ultrasonic cleaner or even a grit vibro cleaner to bring it back to its original condition, but you will see that after a short time the product will still have some rust.
