I really love the people in this league!
However my rating is lower for two reasons:
Although the rules are published and readily available the umpires are not consistent and it seems the rules vary game to game. The owner has had to step in miltiple times to explain the rules to the umpires. As someone who umpired kickball in Wilmington I know I would not have had a job if I did this.
The second thing is the wonky administration. This season for our THURSDAY leage in Chapel Hill they scheduled two games for FRIDAY in Raleigh. These games were changed to a different DAY and a different CITY 1-2 days before the game date due to administrative issues, that had NOTHING to due with weather.
Again, love the people in this league! Amazing and soft shirts, great and friendly people. It is just the administration that seems to be providing the unprofessional elements to this organization.
