Smart heater KA5122BS does not start on the timer. The start time can be set on the App but it does not work. Has to be started manually.

Ordered air fryer through Bol.com and Tristar was supposed to send it next day. It has been reported to Bol.com that it has been sent, but DHL shows the package has been announced but not received by them so they can’t deliver.
This airfryer was booked and paid for next day delivery and now it is just missing?
Bought a Tristar fan due to extremely hot weather and ordered it to be delivered, due to the fact that I have a broken hand and would not be able to take the bus to pick it up. Upon delivery, the product broke after 20 minutes, customer service is virtually non existent. No phone number to contact. Correspondence is by email with minimum 3 days between each response, if even at all. Tristar insist on me with my broken hand bringing the fan back to either the shop or post it back for a refund despite having informed them on multiple occasions that I have no way to do this due to my broken hand and offered to send a video of the fan not working to prove faulty product. Worst company I've ever had to deal with.

I ordered an electric blanket couple months ago and down the line it got broken. sent customer service a message and they were all so lovley and willing to help me out. satisfaction is excellent.

Fab product - Black Smart heater from B&Q for home office - control via the app to warm up whilst having breakfast. Will help with energy bills. Highly recommend.

I bought a roborock from this company which stopped working in one year. I have been trying to contact them for four months now and nobody responds back to emails or does anything to help. I would never buy anything from them and would encourage people to save their money as well!

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE I brought a google speaker from Tristar when it came it was in Japanese with Japanese power cord. When I contacted them through MyDeal about this, they sent me a travel adapter. They have refused to send me the right cord and have told me that I need to send everything back and refuse to tell me what they are going to do when I do. I have told them that if I have to pay to send it back then I want my money back. They have refused.

Sell products they are not authorised to sell, faulty and no customer service. I am in the process of reporting to ACCC and ombudsman. Super pissed off. No customer service. They sell through KOGAN as well so beware.
I bought two of their products on bol.com, both of them don't look like, it looks like it is secondhand. And the worst thing is, both of them did not even last 2 months.
Customer service reply is slow, almost never.
Send back the products to them, no news so far.
Absolutely terrible service from this company, don't go near them.Ordered a drone on line and it ended up on the other side of the state ????Go figure ??What makes this terrible situation, worse, is I ordered it for a Christmas Gift early,and only found out yesterday that it was delivered in land.Tristar you must be proud!! Shocking service. Bought an air fryer which broke after 10 uses- wrote to customer service who said “sorry it only has a 6 WEEK warranty” - there’s confidence in your products. Refused to repair or replace claiming they have no uk base . Do not touch any of their electrical products
