Nina at Tritility was absolutely…

Nina at Tritility was absolutely amazing, she has managed to keep me with my current energy supplier but got me better rates so at renewal over the coming months my energy prices will go down.
Nina gives an amazing personal service and is very easy to deal with, thank you so much Nina, just keep on being you, it truly does work x

Super efficient service from Lianne…

Super efficient service from Lianne Allman at Tritility to find a great alternative contract for our business before our rate comes to an end. Thankfully, Lianne chased me when I failed to respond to her first set of rates within a reasonable period! She's super knowledgable, friendly and efficient and should really be given an award for dealing with an oveworked, reluctant family business manager with too many tasks on her list and not enough hours in the day! I am very glad I can offload dealing with utilities to Tritility and know that they will find me the best deal that they can. Thanks Lianne!

Dean Harrison Helped me as our business…

Dean Harrison Helped me as our business was transitioning out of contract. We found a very competitive rate and during a busy period of mine at work Dean wasn’t pushy at all give me time to evaluate everything before signing up very happy with service. Highly recommend.

Happy with the service our company received from Tritility

All of the Tritility staff, who have been part of the process of choosing a new energy supplier, have been professional in their approach and behaviour. The consultant, Thomas Hutchinson, was especially helpful and I felt he definitely tried his best to be open and honest when answering my queries and concerns. He listened well. He responded when requested, and was timely in his telephone and email contact. I feel he offered our company the best advice and deal, he was able. I found him to be professional, honest and humorous!

Great service and support

I am very happy with my experience with Tritility as I can honestly say I'm confident that without Danielle Waters' help, my issue would not have been resolved. She worked tirelessly to support us and always kept us up to date so we knew what was happening. She updated me every time she got an update, even if that was 3 or 4 times in one day! I found this very supportive and made me confident that she was genuinely doing her utmost to help resolve our issue. Cannot thank her enough.

Thomas Hutchinson at Tritility

Thomas Hutchinson at Tritility has been dealing with our electricity account for several years. With several sites of varying sizes it has not always been an easy account to deal with. We have found Thomas to be very knowledgeable, thorough and reliable in sorting out any issues and helping us through the process of identifying the best new contracts for our needs. It has saved us a lot of time and allowed us to concentrate on our core business needs.

Helpful & Effecient

I switched over from a previous utility provider to Tritility, with the help of Danielle Bird and James Coils, they sorted everything out for me and explained everything to me in plain English and no jargon, which helped so much, I didn't really have to do anything, I would definitely recommend them.

Always go above & beyond - amazing to deal with

Have dealt with Steve at Tritility for a while now and he has always gone above and beyond when securing us the best rates. His customer service is exceptional and always delivers.
We dealt with many companies and consultants when renewing our energy this year however none of them came close to Tritility or Steve in their professionalism.
