I have been using Tritility as my broker for several years and the team are very efficient.
My Account Manager Claire has been amazing she has assisted me through numerous billing issues with utility companies.
Claire has supported me with contacting the Energy Ombudsman which resulted in a credit on the account. Which is always a good outcome.
I feel that Claire goes above and beyond when assisting me with my utility requirements, nothing is too much trouble. I am very grateful for her expertise and support.
Debbie has assisted with securing utility contracts which saves me time and money. She is very efficient and always supports me and provides information that is easy to understand which speeds up the process.

Normally I wouldn't entertain a marketing call. On this occasion I was in the throws of trying to sort out utility bills and contracts. Having taken the risk I received over and above service from Gordy Bains and team. they have resolved issues and set up very competitive rates for 3 of our businesses. It was amazing to have someone take ownership and save me a huge amount of time and as it turns out money
