Waited 3 weeks to get my order, not good enough.
Waited 3 weeks to get my order. I rang up after one week and was told it had been dispatched and I would be getting it if not today then in the next few days. I rang again after 2 weeks to say it hadn't arrived only to be told they hadn't received it yet from the suppliers? It finally arrived after 3 weeks. Don't order from here if you're not prepared to wait and want to be kept informed of your order. After waiting 2 weeks I ordered the same part from Amazon and got it the very next day.

Useless customer service
Ordered a bike part from the website which was supposed to be in stock. Phoned to make sure it was in stock, as I needed it for the weekend.
Got an email 2 days later to say out of stock and would be 2-3 weeks before delivery.
Had to start again with another company.

Barstow 100% Goggles
I was looking for a black pair of Barstow 100% googles in readiness for spring /summer. Using Triton Cycles easy to use web site I was able to find what I was looking for.
The goggles where well packaged and delivered on time. Triton communications were excellent about keeping me informed of my order. It arrived on time as was well packaged. Overall an excellent experience would use again.
