Bought a shower for our bungalow renovation. All was fine, either perfectly. However 18 months later the central dial ( the temperature adjustment dial) became stiff to operate and would not alter the temperature when it was turned. Contacted customer services only to be told that because we had an alternative head on (replaced because my disabled wife can't cope with high pressure), not the one supplied, the warranty would not cover it. I can understand the issue if it caused an alteration in the outlet pressure and affected the sensors but this has worked perfectly for eighteen months and the issue is a disconnection between the dial and the workings inside. To say that it could have caused the issue we have is dodging the issue rather than finding a solution.
When I said to the lady that said the shower head affected the mechanics is like saying having a different air freshener in your car affecting your box. Then the person I was talking to hang up abruptly.
I'm glad they record phone calls, do do I, so any query or dispute over what was said is available to all.
Terrible service. Will never buy a Triton again.

Been running 2 Triton showers in my house for more than 27 years.

Recently installed a new style 3/aspirante shower. A week ago I noticed water coming from the bottom of the shower.

From experience I know this usually means the PRD has activated. In the past I have simply removed facia and replaced the PRD which is located at the front of the outlet pipe. A simple 5 minute job. On this shower the PRD is located behind the outlet pipe. Even if I remove the screws securing the outlet pipe I cannot detach the outlet pipe and therefore cannot access the PRD.

Is this just a new design feature specifically designed to force people to pay Triton £125 just to have someone come out to replace a PRD? A job that was previous a 5 minute DIY job?

It was a simple transaction, I requested the extension of my shower cover one day beyond the date, but it was handled quickly and without fuss. Giving me the warranty I required.

Paid over £1000 for shower and went wrong after 18 months. No lights on display. Tried ringing and was 8th in queue when down to 6th they hung up . Therefore had to ring back. Now 18Th 1111 clearly lots of faulty , very expensive showers !!! currently been waiting 45 minutes and still not at front of queue

I phoned on the 14th of July and explained the problem I was having with the shower to a lovely lady on the phone. After about 5-10min she said we will send you the part that would fix the problem free of charge. At around 2:15pm the following day the part arrived and the problem solved. How about that for excellent service.

Installed the latest triton ENlight with heat repeat, superb service from Triton, talked us through the system and how this paired with a waste water heat recovery system used to prewarm the water when entering the shower will save our customer money. highly recommended, no question was a problem and very helpful through the install.

Delivery service was excellent,trying to get to speak to anybody was awful, very frustrating, finally when I did get to speak to a human she was very pleasant and helpful. But had this experience before in 2020 but I put that down to the country being in lockdown, but I'm afraid things haven't improved one little bit. Would I recommend Triton showers honestly No.
