This place is a scam ! Do not order from ! I canceled an order the day after I placed it & 2 weeks later I still haven’t received the refund . When you pay they want you to send money and then use an app to enter your information in again and confirm the payment . This is why I canceled I did not trust this part .

Products seem fine but communication is non-existent. I’ve ordered 3 separate occasions. I placed an order 5/2/26 and 4 days later it shows “processing”. There is no number to call - just text. No reply to emails. I order from other places that cost slightly more but answer questions immediately.

Pricing is great! Triumphant Labs always responds quickly with questions and website easy to maneuver.

I paid for 3 different peptides. I received the order and had them tested. FAKE FAKE FAKE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SELLING FAKE PRODUCTS.

I’m really disappointed with this experience. I placed an order for research peptides based on positive reviews and followed the payment instructions via Venmo. The payment went through successfully, but I never received my order.

I’ve sent three follow-up emails with no response, and the phone number listed on the website is not valid. I also requested a refund through the Venmo account I paid, which was denied.

At this point, it feels very concerning and potentially fraudulent. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

Peptides completely changed my life and I am super grateful to my friend who referred me here. Shipping was sadly delayed because of the government shut down but once I got my products I couldn't have been happier! Super chill customer support, had some questions about the different selection of products and felt like an idiot but he explained everything to me in detail. Amazing team! Can't wait until peptides are legal nationally.

Been having an issue for the past week for an order. Paid through Venmo, sent screenshots to both their peer support and them directly and yet my order was canceled on their site and I am still being asked to jump through hoops without any resolve or compensation.

They got back to me quickly and resolved my issue
