Staff were brilliant both sales and service team!

Was looking for a new bike, there was no hassles or sales pressure, no non sense, really helpful and couldn’t have done more for me, the bike was a great price and they still did me a great deal.

Had no issues with service and no issues with bike, which makes me highly likely to purchase my future bike from these guys.

I visited the showroom a number of times whilst deliberating switching to a Triumph. Had the pleasure of dealing with Liam each time who had such a relaxed and conversational approach. No pressure, no hard selling, just enthusiasm, knowledge and understanding. I booked in a test ride which was perfect, and whilst I didn't end up buying a bike from their stock (purely because they didn't have the colour I was after, otherwise I'd have purchased from them without question) I wouldn't hesitate to go back and buy from them. They're fantastic, and the showroom is excellent with a great range on show. They are more than happy to pull the bikes out for you, and let you have time to have a good look without pestering you.
I'll be taking my bike there for its service.
Highly recommend if you're looking for a Triumph.

Fantastic service from Liam. I'm not a difficult customer but I am indecisive. Liam gave me enough space to think but was there with all the questions I had. He made the whole process of buying a bike easier. I was particular about the time of picking the bike up to fit in with other things I had to do and everything was done and ready when they said. Couldn't ask for more really. They could teach car dealers a few things.

Amazing experience from Dave at Triumph Newcastle.

Unfortuantely I had an motorcycle accident, I approached Dave at Triumph for help and support. He helped me every step of the way, advised me on options, costs and helped me navigate a complex process with the insurance company. What he did was above and beyond what I expected.

A fantastic experience from start to finish, a knowedgable, supportive and understanding person and it was great to talk to someone who knew the system and provide some advice.

Great service from Triumph Newcastle. I just bought a one year old Rocket and am delighted with the bike. The price was really competitive when compared to others on the net. It was immaculate when they delivered it and Eric the salesman was easy to get hold of and replied promptly to emails and phone calls. Would definitely recommend and use them again.
