Second review about incorrect booking
This is a second review within this week. This company incorrectly booked me into a hotel in a different part of the country to what I had selected. This was a system error confirmed by Trivago and as a result of this error they stated that I would get a full refund, but then they went back on this and refused to give me my promised refund. The customer support has been really bad and I would definitely not recommend TRIVAGO DEALS

Plans had unexpectedly changed.
Plans had unexpectedly changed and I needed a place to stay while traveling. From a rest area stop, I was able to book a room through Trivago about an hour out from where I was. Easily able to find and make a reservation online for someplace I had never been. Room ready when I arrived with no problems and worked out well, Thanks for helping me with reservations!
