I had bought the YouTube subscription…
I had bought the YouTube subscription you should mention that you are giving a add on in family plan with others because not everyone wants to buy for the whole year and if there is an option to buy for 1 month the customer would obviously think it is an individual subscription we will get not some add on in family plan because we can join the family plan only twice and not everybody knows that so this is the misinformation you share, and the your customer service says that it is better to take yearly but where it is mentioned and they also tell you we have also not mentioned we will provide individual plan so please understand if 1 month plan is being provided we will obviously think it is an individual plan. Not happy with the service very bad just because of the information not being properly mentioned.
