I have booked Dubai group tour from 12.09.23 to 18.09.23 and I have paid Rs 60,000/- as advance amount by 26th May itself. Though I repeatedly asking for detailed itaenary, visa ticket booking etc, they haven't informed me up to last moment. At last I have been told visa not released by 17.00hrs on 11.09.23. I was fully fed-up with their performance. After a month long struggle I managed to get the refund.
Trivoya had lived up to the commitment in planning and designing out holiday package and the followup services were exceptional. Its more than what we are treated to be on a tour. Happy So Much.
