Zero customer service, "leave a message and we'll get back to you" yeh right,
Urinal part is terrible and backs up not allowing the urine to drain into the tank.
Beyond poor product and even worse service. AVOID is my opinion, read other reviews too

Portable toilet, more like disposable. Broke after 8 weeks
The portable composting Toilet worked well for 8 weeks. After this it began leaking everywhere and backing up. After trying to get support and spending a long time sending pictures to the support team, nothing was done to help in the end and they said returns are not possible. So I'm stuck with a broken toilet and down 150 euros. Do not recommend.

Absolute shambles of a company. Still waiting on an order placed 10 weeks ago. No communication for £2k+. Avoid them like the plague.

Don’t bother getting in touch
I have tried to get in touch with the Trobolo team for 2 weeks now regarding a very expensive toilet system I’ve bought which hasn’t been delivered. I expected a team which claims to support its users to do better than this but this is where we stand. I will happily update my review once this issue has been resolved but it’s just been seriously disappointing up until now.
