Misinformation, longer delivery than their declaration
They declared that the part is available to be sent in the next day and that the delivery should take 2-3 days. It has been sent at the second working day - after I bought it. In total, the delivery took 5 days.
They confused me, declaring the part has been sent already, but Matkahuolto tracking showed it's waiting for parcel. In fact, the part arrived from abroad. It was not stated anywhere, that the parts need to be shipped from another, unknown country. It's unclear, where is the part really "available". The website should clearly state the warehouse origin.
If you cannot contact Trodo's customer support, then just write them a negative opinion on trustpilot, and they reply quickly then - as it worked in my case.
A button to start a dispute on their website is inactive.
There is no possibility to cancel an order even if it's yet another day, still in processing state.

I've never had troubles with Trodo…
I've never had troubles with Trodo until I had to return a product. Now they are stalling. The product I ordered doesn't work, I've described what happens. I have no incentive to lie. Even returning the product will cost me. It's just a stalling tactic.
They demand I take photos of the error that happens when I use the car. I got an error code and I logged it on my OBD2 reader. I don't know what they want, a photo of the screen taken with another camera? A photo of the CEL light turning on?
I know the objective here is to simply make me give up and feel like it's too much effort to return it.
