Can not return a preorder
They say because I preordered something I can not return it. I feel cheated because now I see the same product on cardmarket for 30% of the price I payed. I even sent a mail before the package arrived to cancel my order, but they just refused. Bad customer service.

You made a reservation in February and wanted to cancel it in August, 6 months later with the product ordered from the distributor and one week before its release. If the product has dropped in price after its release, it is not our fault.
