I was very sceptical ordering fish online but gosh, what an amazing service and exceptionally good value. My fish were very carefully 'packaged' and I was happy to see such attention to the welfare of the fish, that really mattered to me. They were excellent quality, in obvious good health and exactly what I ordered. I highly recommend!

Great customer service, any problem with the order and they contact you without delay. Fish arrived very well packaged, plenty of room for them, not just put into tiny plastic bags with a bit of water in, heat packs were also contained in the secure box to to keep the fish warm on their journey and to help minimise stress, the box contained clear instructions on what to do once fishies reached their destination to help them settle in. Top quality fish too! Thank you!

Absolutely delighted with my purchase of Mollies and Guppies. A pair of Cobra Guppy and 3 assorted Mollies. Arrived late morning the day after the order was sent. One Molly was very subdued (but then who wouldn't be after 18 hours in a box?!) Thought I had lost her, but after a very short time she (and some food) all 5 were racing around with the other 3. I have a very happy tank of fish and will definitely be back in the future. Thank you!!!

Was having trouble with zero KH and very low PH which was due to me using stratum substrate,spoke to the guys at Tropco and after taking there advice and stripping the substrate from my tank,then using there Nitrico Goop,my tank was cycled within days….this stuff is amazing as is the service from Tropco

I ordered 3 fish and had a phone call to say they weren't happy sending 2 of them yet and would rather wait another week to be sure they were healthy and even shipped my other fish on time with no extra postage charge so that for me is a reflection of their professionalism and makes me happy to deal with them again and gives me more confidence that the fish are good quality.

Have used several different suppliers but Trop Co are by far the best. Fish are carefully and humanely packed and heat pads keep water at good temperature. Delivery as arranged and on time.
Fish healthy and lively and settle well.
Selection of fish is very good.
Highly recommend this Company.

I was very very impressed by the recent delivery of tropical fish from this Company. I have never purchased fish on line before as I thought the postage too expensive but, now I am housebound, I was forced to go down this route. The fish arrived in a big box with heating pads still warm and so so much packing around the plastic bags that the bags were held firmly in place. From ordering to placing the fish in my aquarium took less than 24 hours and the fish were not unduly stressed. I can now see why the postage costs so much but for such a wonderful experience for the fish being transported it is worth it. Thank you The Trop Co. Maureen

Amazing! I can safely say this website is the only one that i’ve ordered from and never received a DOA - and i’ve ordered from quite a few online fish stores now. They arrive on time and with clear emails stating the timeframe plus on my last order they even phoned with details. Beautiful fish that are enjoying their new home, arrive in a clearly stated box and packaged safely with heat packs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

All the staff are really helpful and nice been buying from them for about 5 years and they need an award for customers service the girls that run the phones are the nicest people you could talk to any issues there there and will do there best to sort it out never had a bad thing to say about them keep up the good work all at tropco

Excellent service again from these guys. 6 small smudge spot corys. All in excellent condition. Not one bit skittish and already hanging out with my other corys. Packaging again was excellent. This is why when ordering online I always use Tropco. Big thanks

Goop...absolutely amazing stuff! I had to split a tank urgently and needed to set up another tank quickly. Rather than break down my established filter, I decided to give Goop a go. Wow. Within 3 days I was completely cycled, even with a dirty Plec. Delivery was bang on time and ready to go. I'm so impressed. Absolute life saver! I wouldn't hesitate using them again.

Outstanding quality fish great next day delivery no waiting for weeks the packaging was amazing a big box for 4 fish extra bags of water to stop any movement and 7 heatpads this company does not make any money out of the P&P, they really care about thier fish and customers will only use them for online fish in the future

Both times I've purchased with Tropco the service has been excellent & fast.
This most recent purchase I risked making a small order in the cold, overnight it got even colder, they added extra head packs & their driver kept the box up front in the heat. Friendly customer service also. Will continue to buy with Tropco.

I have used this company several times for livestock, on each occasion the fish have been of good standard. The range available online is excellent, and aimed at both those new to the hobby and us oldies.
The only reason I have given 4 stars and not 5 is that on one occasion there was a mix up with the delivery from D.X; they stated they would return that day (it was a Saturday) instead they did not deliver until the Monday; which meant some rather unhappy fish.

By far the best online fish service. Great packaging, great fish, seamless ordering. Absolutely perfect.
