For over 12 years, I've collaborated with the Direct Source team. Based in the south near Reading, we frequently travel to Taffs Well, Wales, for meetings, design discussions, and stock pickups, where we're always met with exceptional professionalism, support, and guidance. This organization consistently exceeds expectations! Even with last-minute requests requiring rapid turnaround in just a few days, the team reliably delivers exactly what we need. In all the years we've partnered with Direct Source, there has never been an error in any order, ensuring a seamless process that alleviates any stress for us. We organize 6 to 10 major national dance competitions annually, utilizing between 750 - 1000 items, all sourced from Direct Source. Kudos to John and his team for their steadfast support, professionalism, and exceptional service. I wholeheartedly recommend this organization and often do so to other industry colleagues.

We have at times made requests at extremely short notice with a turnaround time of quite literally days and without issue, the team produce precisely what we require. There has never been a mistake with any order in the time we have worked with Direct Source and the whole end to end process is smooth and ensures that a great deal of worry is removed for us. We have been using Direct Source for years and we always receive impeccable service. Our orders are large and can be very complex, however it is always dealt with professionally. The order can be quite fluid throughout the season and presentation time however there are no complaints from the staff, always happy to help and support us. I’ve used these guys for Petersfield Town Juniors club annual trophies (over 40 teams) and for our annual tournament (300 teams) for a few years now and have never been disappointed. Good quality and competitively priced. The one time I did have an issue (my fault) it was resolved with no fuss and replacement shipped within 24hrs. I highly recommend them!
