Terrible customer service. They messed up our biggest award of the year, wouldn't correct their error, and would also not answer my emails when I kept trying to follow up. Will not use them again and will continue to urge others to not. Genuinely worst company I have dealt with.

I contacted customer support which was AI so it took 3 emails before I got what seems like a human response and they would not replace it. We were just beyond the 30 days but I explained we had only had a chance to use it twice.
