I had an auto loan with this company and they have one of the worst websites to pay a bill and I had to pay it by phone.
On my last payment the woman lied to me and in ordeer to get help I had to go to the Florida Office of Financial Regulation to solve the issue -it was that bad --the rate was okay - customer service was a 1/10
