The sorrel is disgusting🤮 I hope others aren't fooled into thinking this is a Jamaican company as they are Asian owned😡

I wanted to know what Tropics Food Company know about the tradition of the Sorell drink they are making, why have the marketed theirs using extremely similar design as the original from Jamaica and why their product taste not only watered down but has a weird after taste (if you taste original sorell you will 'taste' the difference)?

I cannot even rate your foods, you have misled public to buy your sorrel by imitating the label of Naturesway. Then in your description you say sorrel is bitter it is not if your gonna imitate a peoples food at least watch a video how to make it properly better still do not commit this fraud in the first instance. There are plenty of Asian foods you can sell Why Sorrel that you can not even make your imitation of it is yuck and is disgusting and fraudulent I will never buy your foods.

This is the most disgusting tasting Sorell I have ever had, it taste like something I have never tasted before
it has a terrible taste, this is definitely NOT sorell and DEFINITELY NOT AUTHENTIC..... it says Jamaican sorell I really don't know which part of Jamaica they got that from, I think that dish water would have tasted better, and any true jamaican or anyone from jamaican heritage will know that this is some one trying a thing.... I definitely will not be buying this brand again. PLEASE STOP DISRESPECTING OUR CULTURE..... LEAVE IT ALONE.....

Total frauds misleading the public. These products are not jamaican,your health is at risk. Scammers operating from leeds out to profit from and mislead people with fake food and drink,do not purchase.

Not authentic Jamaican or Caribbean food. Avoid this brand at all costs. Non of their ingredients and food products are authentic. It's imitation and should be avoided at all costs. For real Caribbean and Jamaican ingredients and food products, please support the people from those Islands and buy from a reputable company.

I definitely avoid buying these products because this is a company that is selling products that mimics original Jamaican/Caribbean products. The ingredients are substandard and this company should not be allowed to continue trading. Disgusting Fraudsters!!

I see that you responded to the 5 star reviews which was written either by yourselves or family within the day but the 1 star reviews no response!!!
Please STOP mimicking products that you know nothing about eg Sorrel drink absolutely DISGUSTING. Also people STOP buying unauthentic products from these shops and if they are not stocking them write to their customer service stating that you would like to see these brands on their shelves especially in the supermarkets.
Please we need to show that our money means something.

This company claims its Jamaican sorrel when it is some kind of watered down substance that is nothing like sorrel if you like sorrel.

This sorrel drink doesn’t deserve one star, but I’m not able to give zero. The drink taste like dishwater, and has a foul smell. Don’t waste your money on this.

Tropics food- Asian company blatantly trying to capitalise on Jamaican culture the sorrel is DISGUSTING! dread to think what rest of the products taste like, I won't be trying any now. At the very least research products so they resemble what they're meant to taste like before u try to rip us off.

I heard about the Sorrel drink I thought I would try it to see if could compare with the real jamaican Sorrel drink. There is nothing REAL about this Tropicfood drink. This is a complete fraud a complete rip off. These people don't care about customer satisfaction. They just want to rip you off. Its all about your hard earned money being Rip off. Please watch this space, they will be trying to sell us JERK CHICKEN soon. It called CULTURAL ROBBERY, CULTURAL FRAUD. Please do not allowed them to take us for fools. What’s going on here!
Bought my usual stash of sorrel for the holidays. Got home and looked at the bottle and it’s not my usual brand, but a brand called NATURE’S WAY TRADITIONAL HERBAL. DRINK: JAMAICAN SORREL. After opening the bottle and tasting it, I was very disappointed. I picked this up because it looks like the sorrel I usually buy… BUT IT’s NOT! This is not an authentic Jamaican product! Stop lying! You only have to taste de ting to know dis! It tastes like the people making it don’t know ‘that sorrel taste’! The seasoning is wrong and the taste is clearly not right! Stop making this … sumtin nuh right! I bought a bottle of their bitters too, and that’s not right either 😡 Both the sorrel and the bitters are food products so I can’t get my money back - so although I don’t generally leave reviews - thought I would leave this one so you don’t make the same mistake I did. Buy your usual authentic Jamaican sorrel and bitters. Don’t buy this brand!

I gave 1 star because you cannot give zero on this site. The Sorrell! What can I say about the taste? In one word - ugh! It's definitely not authentic like the Sorrell I buy from Jamaican takeaways or make at home. Please do us a favour and pull this sub standard drink from the shelves kmt
