Dreadful. The website does not provide a method to enter a card in order to send money. I suspect recent changes to the website, many of the graphic images do not display any it looks very unprofessional, showing the text to display when the graphics are not available. Even AI could do a better job.

The chat help is AI, and cannot resolve even basic issues. When asked if you want to be referred to a human agent it can be hours or days before you get a response. Unfortunately, the human agents don't always answer your questions either.

Don't waste your time with Tropipay. Clearly they were better at one time, but currently you cannot set up a new account because you can't add the card you want to use to make payments.

Your homepage promises instant transfers and "ease," yet you cannot even reply to a simple onboarding email.
I am a legitimate business owner. I spent weeks gathering the sensitive tax and legal documents you requested to open an account. I submitted everything perfectly. The result? Complete silence. You have ghosted me for over 60 days.
It is incredibly misleading to advertise a smooth global payment service when you don't even have a functioning support team to onboard new clients. If you can't handle a simple application, you definitely cannot be trusted with my money. A total waste of time.

I am interested in Tropipay payment gateway. From the first moment I appreciate any communication with support department is very good and quick. I can recommend TropiPay to all! Although I am not from Spain, their team fully support me That what you cannot find easily anywhere.

This company is a scam. They told me I had to wait 30 days until I could transfer my funds yet I'm able to keep depositing money. The 30 days has now finished we are 2/3 days over this deadline and I am being told now I must wait... AGAIN. The same thing they have been telling me for 30 days - everyday. This company is a scam. Stay away and save yourself the heache. I have 10's of thousands of euros now frozen and unable to be used for my business.

The sign up is very simple and forward. The gotcha is in the "initial" money transfer to add funds to your new account. Example. Deposited $100 US and it exchanged to 87.32 Euros. The actual market value should have been closer to 92.3 Euros at market time. My account displayed 87.32 Euros and i tried to transfer 87.32. Nowhere did a message state that you will be paying a commission of 13 Euros. I scheduled a transfer for 3 business days later only to be denied "insufficient funds" . No heads-up prior to scheduling the transfer. maybe in the fine print somewhere but not when you need to know. Oh, the available amount to transfer is now 74.32 Euros. This is equivalent to $80 USD. this should have been disclosed upfront. I will never do business with this shark again. Encourage others to use Zelle, Ven mail, Western Union and carrier pigeon,

Worst service provider. Avoid at all costs. They simply scam you on money , the link for payment they provide , can be used by anyone and if that link is used by someone who wants to paralyse your business for any reason including Tropipay themselves, they simply try to input any garbage data by that link which automatically leads to blockage of account and funds freezing. After that Tropipay which has irrevocable policy for the funds received to their “payment institution” simply grabs that money eventually. No one will ever see the refund if that. SCAMMERS.

They are quite legitimate and genuine. However very low withdrawal limits and sometimes ask one to provide clients Identity cards and pictures of their credit cards which is quite an absurd thing to ask from your clients.

This is an amazing platform, the support team impecable and they have very personilized support, I recommend them 100%, Tropipay has helped me grow my AirBnB business.
