We had a splendid trip across South India and enjoyed the many and varied sites and activities. It was somewhat more luxurious than most, if not all, of our previous trips. The local agent was very attentive and our driver Jijo and the vehicle was excellent.
Generally, the hotels were very comfortable. The programme varied and interesting.

We had a trip with Trotting Soles to Spiti Valley (Himachal Pradesh) earlier in the year (2023) where the local crew and the UK office worked very hard to adapt our trip to prevailing conditions. The weather during our visit was very wet and our itinerary was adjusted to fit. We saw almost everything we had planned but in a different order. Spiti proved to be a great destination and we gained an insight into the local culture and the impact the climate had on the lives of the people. The team worked hard and flexibly to ensure we had an interesting and stimulating trip, in sometimes difficult conditions. Highly recommended.

Our itinerary was well-planned and paced. Hotels were chosen with care and were very comfortable but also characterful and individual. Drivers and guides were excellent and all arrangements and transfers worked perfectly. Great attention to detail demonstrated throughout our trip. We were supplied with detailed briefing notes at the beginning of the trip and lent a mobile phone with a local sim so we could get in touch with the local agents in case of any difficulties. Not needed but a reassuring touch.

Beautifully organised trip. Excellent in country organisation who set up superb guide for the well organised trek in Tenzin Chodar. A great mix of culture, adventure, beautiful scenery and interesting things. Overall a tremendous experience.

Sunita had originally booked us on a trip to India, where we have visited before with Sunita's help. On this occasion there was a hiatus within the Indian High Commission which resulted in our visa application and those of 1500 other applicants being rejected. At very short notice and so as not to waste the paid airfare, Sunita efficiently booked us an alternative trip to The Maldives, for which everything was most efficiently arranged. We are now re-booking our India visit with help from Sunita and Trotting Soles.

I love travel and was looking to book a trip for my friend and self to Sri Lanka in 2020. Sadly the pandemic changed everything.

Sunita's regular webinars on different countries were a real treat during this time for us travel starved souls. We looked forward to her well presented forays to different parts of the world so much so that we cannot wait to travel to those places now, we are confident Sunita will create wonderful holiday itineraries for us.

Sunita has organised a number of trips for me over the years. My most enjoyable trips were in 2018 and 2019 when I spent just under 6 weeks exploring Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyztan and Kazakhstan. Sunita put together a combination of group trips and private arrangements and all worked seamlessly. I would have returned to explore more in this region but for Covid as all of these countries are so different and have so much to offer. I look forward to more trips organised by Sunita going forward.

Our small group of four old engineers wanted to visit Ethiopia and Ukraine in 2020. Through 2019 we dealt with Sunita who rescheduled one of their regular tours to avoid the one-week gap between the two. Our schedule ended up with travelling directly from Addis Ababa to Lviv, ending with a day tour to Chernobyl. Unfortunately, Covid-19 intervened, and we could not go – Sunita helped us to recover as much of our investment as was possible – Thank you Sunita, you are great to work with.

Sunita has been booking our holidays, mostly touring around India, for quite a few years and they have always been first class. Nothing has been too much trouble for her.
