Unfortunately my travel pillow was delivered to the wrong address by Royal Mail. I contacted TRTL and Egan was extremely helpful and managed to sort out the problem immediately and a replacement was sent.

I have purchased a couple of the pillows in the past and would definitely recommend using these on long haul flights.

We ordered the pillows to try and having given them a go at home with "tags attached" we realised they weren't for us.
I contacted trtl and they could not have been more helpful, the return was processed swiftly and collected next day.
While we weren't able to make use of the product, the quality is undeniable and the service is top notch.

This company and its customer service goes above and beyond to stand by their product. I ordered a Trtl cool travel pillow and loved it so much, I had to get another one for hubby (since I know on our long flight, I'll feel guilty if I'm sleeping like a baby and he's constantly adjusting). And then I thought my 84 yo mom would also love it, so I sent her one. The problem came with her delivery - OnTrac said it was delivered but it never came. When I opened a trouble ticket with them, all they could say is that it was "delivered" and that I would have to reach out to the seller. Well.... thank goodness for Trtl because they saved the day!!! They made it right and now my mom will also sleep well on the long flight. I'm just disappointed that OnTrac wasn't as responsive since they were the ones who were responsible for getting the package to us. When they delivered mine, they posted a picture of the delivered package but didn't for my mom and that makes me wonder if the delivery person failed (especially since we asked all the neighbors if they got her package by mistake). Oh well, in the end, we love Trtl and we know we can trust them and their products!! The "cool" fabric is amazing and I can't believe I waited this long to get one since I'm always dozing off on the plane and waking up with a kink in my neck. I hated the big and bulky neck pillows because I didn't want to lug it around. The carry bag is perfect and the whole thing is so lightweight. I've already given it a test run at home in my chair and it works!! Thank you, Trtl and thank you Lexie!!!

Very quick and efficient

Easy to order & super fast delivery. Will hopefully give us some quality sleep on long flights. Good padding on this model.

I've had a TRTL for what seems like ages. It has travelled all over with me. One time I didn't bring it and I regretted it! I can really sleep comfortably in planes and trains without my head bobbing around. I tried other neck pillows first, but I stopped looking after I got this one!

Package first didn't arrive due to a problem with our local delivery and it was returned to the sender. I reached out to the support and they were very keen to make sure the product arrives at my place and were very helpful

Marecar was excellent and if I was rating them alone it would be 5*.
But the actual process she had to go through was frustrating. I had to send multiple photos of a label I couldn’t locate as it was tucked away in the mechanism of the pillow. I would really have expected my initial photo showing the damage on the item, linked to the order details to have been sufficient.
But once Marecar had the photo you required, the matter was resolved with excellent efficiency.

This neck pillow finally let me sleep on a plane. Plus it’s small and easy to pack. Would definitely buy again.

Customer service at Trtl is the BEST. I ordered the wrong size, and the communication regarding the return and a replacement was super speedy and extremely friendly.
They even enquired when my flight was to ensure my new pillow arrived on time.
I highly recommend this company and look forward to using it on my flight!!

Having tried both memory foam and inflatable neck rests in the past, that were either too bulky or not supportive enough when trying to sleep while travelling, I decided to try the Trtl neck rest. It comes with its own bag to carry it in and has a carabiner clip to attach it to hand luggage or even one's belt and is also easy to pack into a carry-on bag as it takes up very little room. Comfortable to use and good neck supports if I get sleepy on a plane. It's washable too!

Misleading “risk-free” wording, when requesting a return they reveal the return is not free, therefore the trial isn’t risk free at all, you’re risking the cost of packing and posting. Seems scammy tbh.

It is about the fit. It really does do the job

I've had my trtl for years now (I purchased in 2018), and it's my favorite travel pillow. Trtl is the only pillow I've found that allows me to nap without waking up with a sore neck, regardless of which seat I'm in and whether I'm traveling with someone who will let me lean on their shoulder. It's held up very well over years and many flights. While it does look a little odd to be wrapped around me, it is well worth it. I was also concerned that it would make me hot, but that's never been an issue.

Easy to order, very quick delivery. Used the neck pillow when travelling to New Zealand and found it very comfortable to use and slept well on the plane. Would highly recommend.
