This review is about True Earth Dishwashing tablets. I have used them three times only and each time they have left a powdery residue on the bottom of bowls and the insides of cups and glasses do not seem to take off any lip marks or coffee marks (circles or foam from milk residue) out. I have also gone so far as to take off all food from dishes prior to putting them in the dishwasher and they still come out dirty. Not happy at all. Previously, my detergent used to leave my dishes and glasses sparkling. I am not accustomed to writing this kind of review but after having tried several ways in which to bring my dishes to a "sparkling" finish, I find it disappointing.

I should add that I do use their Washing Laundry sheets and these do the job well.

I purchased the dishwasher tablets from Tru Earth and everyone should be aware that they make the cutlery go rusty and the company's response to that is since it was purchased outside the 30 day refund period, there was nothing they could do. My cutlery was not cheap (it's Zwilling) and it is pretty much ruined. I will not be buying any of their products again.

Product and service started out good in 2020, then subscription went missing and poor customer service for missing multiple orders. Website member login becomes unretrievable, attempted reset and overnight had a credit card fraud. Do not use.

1 star Purchased, then cancelled at their website- they said "We hate to see you go" then sent stuff any way- twice - no way to contact except through their website so you have no record of the communication.

One of the most unreliable and appalling companies for customer service. I signed up for bimonthly orders and only ever received two packages. My money was continually taken from my account and upon flagging to the customer care team I was told 'item processing and delivery is delayed due to COVID 19' and the next communication would be 'my order has been returned.'

I am appalled that a company can so aggressively take money with no regard for the success of the service they are providing and follow up that the products were satisfactory or ever received! Not only am I out of pocket from the items I haven't received, but I am out of pocket further from having to purchase additional washing tablets. Currently I am waiting for a refund but given the service I have had, I'm not hopeful this will come to fruition. Avoid at all costs.

I did not sign up for anything, only ordered a product sample. Since then they spam my mailbox every day with more super special extra offers, advertising, stupid news. They even ignored my message to stop the spamming.
