There is absolutely no way to discontinue your membership. Even after formally requesting a cancellation, they persist in charging you regardless. It is a deeply unprofessional experience.
I am a UK customer and I absolutely love all the instructors and this review is not a reflection on them. Not only me but several of my friends have seen trube take money out their accounts after a cancel or pause of their subscription which is not right!!!! I even sent them a DM and they said it was sorted I looked in my account over 24 hours nothing. DM’d them again saying sorry nothings changed they said Monday it should be actioned I checked on Wednesday money had still been taken from my account. It’s just not right and not how a business should work we should be able to trust Trube
Everyone, please avoid using this software. Once you start, it’s extremely difficult to cancel your subscription. Even after I had already cancelled mine, two months later they started charging me monthly again — and refused to give me any refund, even though I haven’t used a single feature of this software.
I had clearly informed them that I would be leaving the city for several months, yet they completely ignored it, showing no basic human decency. The same thing has happened to two or three of my friends as well.
