This company is a rip off. They are not a parts company they are a broker for parts. They take your money and then at some point they might drop ship a part to you or they may not.
Truck ID is a scam site…
Truck ID is nothing but a scam site they will send you the wrong “cheaper” part every single time, for instance If you’re looking for a specific silver windshield wiper and every site on the Internet has that certain wiper but only in black for $10 but truckid shows to have the silver wiper that you want but it’s $25, so you decide ok I’ll spend more than double and buy the silver one from truck id so they charge you the 25$ But then ship you out the black $10 wiper every other website had for less then half the cost and they will do this every single time.
Don't trust TruckID
First there is NO WAY they have a 4 or 5 star review except in FAKE world. Search the Internet, their rating is like 1.5, which is really almost ZERO.
They claim to know what they are doing and that customer service is their priority... Just words. They will list wrong parts, sell you wrong parts, overcharge for shipping, then with a ridiculously short return window take ZERO responsibility for themselves. Now I know it's not only cheaper to buy the same parts on Amazon, but with real customer service and NO SHIPPING cost.

I ordered eight cartons of 10 W 40 shell motor oil they had advertised on the Internet 1 gallon x 3 jugs for $16.63 I called customer service and ordered these ask them several times if that’s the real price they said yes so I ordered 8 cartons with 3-1gallon jugs Which came to 24 gallons I even question the salesman if this was the right figure he indicated me yes it was even told me I would get 24 gallons. I paid with my credit card come to $133.04 plus $14.58 shipping and totaled $147.62 this has been going on 2 1/2 years still have not got my oil. I have no other choice to go to small claims court and sue them and make them come to Indiana for court. I have contacted these people at least 20 times and still no results I have no other resources then take them to court do not trust them bad people to deal with.

Horrible Service in Correcting their Mistake
Was sent the wrong coolant - I get it, it happens. In order to make things right I need to wait until I receive a return sticker, ship the items back, then, once they receive the returned coolant they will process my replacement (aka my correct initial order). Garbage service to correct a mistake. I'll take the refund instead and go somewhere else.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I ordered an engine stand that says ships within 24 hours. Upon ordering I get an email that says due to COVID shipping may be delayed 3-5 days... ok I can live with that. .... fast forward 2 weeks then 3 weeks. Nothing ... I keep sending inquiries and get generic responses that say wait 3-5 days for a response. Responses never come..... eventually after a month I can't wait any longer. I order elsewhere and receive the stand in 2 days. I inform TRUCKID they need to cancel the order since tracking shows it has not shipped until and it's been ridiculously long. I get the same generic 3-5 day for a response reply. 6 days later the stand shows up. I repeat my complaint telling them I informed them I no longer needed it before it shipped. They write back and say we'll basically it's your problem, you can pay to ship it back and we will also deduct the original shipping cost and additional money from your refund basically guaranteeing no one would return the item for less than half of what was paid as a refund.
Total joke of a company DO NOT ORDER HERE there are hundreds of better places to shop.

I should think shipping in six days is a little slow. It’s been about two weeks and the order was placed as urgent because I can’t operate with out the part I need. I’ve e mailed for urgent response. Do you have it or not can and when it will be shipped. I got response they can’t answer that question for 72 buisness hours.what the hell is 72 buissness hours. Six days?then your going to tell me your out instead of knowing your out and researching the part elswere.clients should be notified the next day that part is out of stock so we can cancel and get on the job of finding it elswere. I ordered my subwoofer on October 12 from TRUCKID and the shipping stated 3-5 days and it was shipped on time and was in excellent condition. I installed the subwoofer in my Ford Mustang Convertible, and it Is awesome! I recommend Plye, and TRUCKID to anyone that wants a great experience when making a decision to purchase a good product. Than you for the outstanding service.

Shipping Error
I ordered a part via calling in and speaking to someone. I explained the need to receive the part as soon as possible and paid up for next day air shipping.
It took them two days to get the part in the mail and then they sent UPS ground.
I called customer service and they initially did nothing to remedy the error, save a partial shipping expense refund.
Eventually another customer service representative reached out to me with a sincere apology and explanation. She offered a modest gift card credit as a token of regret for the error.
While not pleased with this order, I will still do business with TRUCKiD.
