I have on order some components which have been delayed.
The staff at Truckman (Jordon)have kept me informed at every stage, so although its annoying this is out of their control and its good to be kept informed of the situation.

Really great service when ordering my truckman hard top and helpful. However when I fitted the locking mechanism didn’t work on the rear canopy. Disconnected electrics and the key provided doesn’t even lock it. Emailed several times asking if it was my mistake or a problem with the lock itself and they have ignored all emails. Will ring Monday but put a sour note on an exciting purchase

I was apprehensive about the purchase of a roll top cover but shouldn't have been. Any concerns I had were delt with and the package arrived safe and secure. Very pleased with the product by Mountain Top and the service I received from the staff at Truckman.

Ive rated Truckman before as 1 out of 5 eventually they contacted me and assured me I would receive support I received a few e mails sent from harry to Jack I had to email them again and again and got nowhere .
Ive purchased numerous Truckman tops for Fleet of 4x4s over the years on different models of ford rangers
We are still having same problems with lack of security and flimsy locking mechanisms we ever had we've received assurances that support would be forthcoming but never received any we were advised we could replace rear door with solid fibreglass door approx 500 offered no discount and when we realised these had similar flimsy locking mechanisms we decided against modification at our own cost Otherwise these tops are durable and fit for purpose
They could do with a venting system to prevent condensation and preventing contents becoming damp
Main problem is lack of commitment from management to support product and upgrade deficiencies when needed locking mechanism is really a crude Flintstones job that bears no relation to the cost being charged for tops and to this day we have not received a satisfactory response from truckman
We run a serious business in a competitive market and have little time to be wasting , Pius platitudes are of no use we expect a service from our suppliers .
Despite all of the above I believe Truckman have a durable and good value product if they addressed the above which is entirely unacceptable .

Purchased a used truckman top the electric lock needed parts and wiring i Booked in for fitting arrived early on the day found all the staff very helpful and polite my vehicle was repaired quickly allowing me to leave early

Responses were very quick and the issue resolved immediately.

We inherited the canopy from the previous owners of our vehicle, and therefore inherited its issues, however after this experience dealing with Sophie I will definitely use truckman for purchasing my next canopy as the customer service has been brilliant.

I hope Sophie is well rewarded for her attention to detail and high standard of customer service.

Attended Truckman earlier this month. Matt had ordered all the parts for my Navara. The service provided was second to none. Both Matt and Dean were on hand to discuss the job and kept the coffee coming. Martin, the technician who did the work, I found to be faultless.

Ordered for Navarra, side window wind-deflectors & tailgate water-defense kit.
Both delivered quickly and efficiently, albeit in 2 deliveries (came from different locations apparently).
Wind-Deflectors very easy to fit. Measure position; peel off backing to sticky pads and press onto paintwork. Do front window first then align rear window to front.
Work well, so can have windows cracked open an inch, without noise, draft or rain coming in. Haven't noticed any real increased wind noise.
Tailgate defense kit designed really for canopy-tops and no bed-liner, so to fit it in conjunction with roll-top cover and Nissan bed-liner, took a fair amount of modification; mainly with a 115mm angle-grinder (slim cutting disc) and a multi-cutter. As the only kit available, I would do the same again on another truck. A specific kit for roll-top and tarp covers would be better.
It is effective for reducing the damp sucking in the back, but only covers the side gaps. I think there should be an extra piece with a bulb-seal across the bottom of the tailgate, as you can see daylight through it and there is still some damp being sucked up through.

Phoned company and enquired about a decked system for my new Toyota Hilux. Very helpful on phone explaining how it was fixed etc. Ordered it and came with in a week great service very pleased.

Great service with purchase over the phone and roll top was send to me straight away, very well packaged and good fitting instructions.

Ordered a rollbar for my Navara, when it arrived there was an issue with the contents. Spoke with Robert at Truckman and once he knew what the issue was he resolved it with no further problems. Customer service was excellent and I will definitely use Truckman in the future.
