Brilliant experience with Trudental, from start of journey to end really excellent. Laurence was amazing and organised everything really well and I’m really happy with my teeth, these guys are really talented!

My experience with TruDental was entirely positive. Lawrence's attention to detail was superb, in the planning phase, during the run-up to arriving in Istanbul as well as while I was actually there (and afterwards). I felt that all my needs were being considered with a high level of sensitivity and attentiveness throughout the process, and my treatment progress was monitored very efficiently. Any queries I had were answered promptly via WhatsApp and Laurence seemed to be always available. (I began wondering 'when does he sleep'?!)

The clinic was modern, very hi-tech and well equipped - I was instantly impressed by the all-in-one x-ray setup. This yielded a full-mouth image which was very high definition, putting to shame the old-school 'card in the cheek' dental x-rays commonly used in the UK....in fact, being able to see so much more clearly led to a slight tweak to the planned treatment - rather than fitting a crown to an existing tooth, which was the original plan, we ended up (having spotted some infection around its root in the x-ray) deciding on an implant, to which a crown will be fitted on a subsequent visit.

I had three successive days of clinic visits and dealt with two different dentists. One of them was a root-canal specialist, who did this for me on Day 2. The work on Days 1 and 3 was done by a super-accomplished young dentist. Communication was great during all the aspects of treatment. I felt safe and well-informed regarding what was about to happen - this alleviated a great deal of possible worry, and was much appreciated. I can honestly say that I'm looking forward to going back. This is something I would never have thought possible in anticipation of dental treatment!

Financially, even with accommodation, flights and ground transport factored in, the visit was very affordable compared to any of my UK options. This is still the case when including my future visit to get the crown fitted. I feel that I've given myself a fresh start after having neglected my dental health for over a decade. My 'no-pain-therefore-no-problem' approach was bound to run out of road at some point and when it did I'm very happy that I was recommended to contact TruDental. I unhesitatingly recommend the company, the wonderful Laurence and his superbly professional colleagues at the dental clinic. I thank all of them most sincerely for their help and feel very fortunate to have been able to benefit from their collective expertise.

Half way through my treatment but so far I can't find anything to moan about. They value their reputation and look after each patient really well. We went on a cruise, organised by Trudental which was fantastic. Great food and entertainment. Really looking forward to seeing what the end result will be.

Laurence and the team where great I needed 2 implants and they guided me through the whole process making it so easy. My mouth feels amazing and the teeth look great. So happy with the results. And Soo much more affordable than the uk

I was first persuaded by my partner to look into dental work in Turkey. I was initially not keen at all! I was worried by all the ‘Turkey Teeth’ stories and didn’t know if it was worth the risk!
I have always been self-conscious about my teeth and didn’t like being in photos etc…
Before our friend (Emily) went to Trudental I would have never considered it. She really encouraged us (my partner being much more keen than me, she is the more impulsive one!)
I can honestly say we could not have had a better experience. It made such a difference speaking with a UK person (Lawence). We felt really looked after.
The doctors were excellent, as was Sharan who took us to all our appointments and did a great job of recommending places to go and making sure we were ok.
I was very nervous but I’m so glad I went through with it. I had 8 implants and 3cc bone grafts and will return later in the summer for my crowns and I can't wait. My partner got some cosmetic work done and she looks great.
If you are hesitant like I was, don’t be. These guys are top and know what they’re doing.

I was searching for dentist who can do dental implant with fairly reasonable cost, TruDental is great company, everything is super organised, dentists are very experienced! Thank you for your services, definitely will use you guys again and will recommend to my friends.

I went with my friend to have his teeth restored at TruDental and I have to say I was skeptical. A female solo-world traveller, I have been to various countries, but I wasn’t sure how I’d feel alone in Turkey while he was at the clinic. Would I feel safe in the hotel? Would the staff be friendly towards a woman alone? Questions that had popped up in my mind when I thought of Turkey.

How wrong I was. For me Istanbul and TruDental was an amazing experience. I accompanied my friend to all clinic visits, made to feel welcome by Sharon the rep. The hotel to the clinic is 5 mins walk, also there, is the tube station which takes you on the same line, to most of the best sites.
I walked around Istanbul as I would in London.
The clinic is on the main road, where you’ll find all shops, restaurants, etc from McDonalds to Costa to Italian cuisine, Turkish… whatever you fancy. Just Google it - it’s there!

My friend & I were collected by luxury car from the airport, taken to the hotel, and made to feel beyond welcome. We didn’t need to really even think! We grabbed a SIM card while we waited for the car. Again - super easy, the staff there set it up for you.

Food was fab at the hotel. Drinks are served around the clock if you wish. We arrived late and were still made to feel welcome downstairs in the restaurant/bar area.
Next door is a late night takeout, so it’s easy to grab hot meals. There were also ample snacks in the room provided by TruDental.
Waters are provided daily in the room by the hotel. So that’s one less worry. They don’t just clean the room, they tidy it too.
Hotel staff were simply lovely. Super efficient, immaculate rooms, and everyone spoke English.
Really really friendly people. Oh and the breakfast omelet is a must!

It felt like being on holiday. It didn’t feel like we were in a city attending dental appointments!

Sharon accompanied us to every dental appointment and answered any questions around the dental aspect. The clinic was immaculate. Professional staff, speedy extractions for my friend, and he reported it being pain-free. It must have been because we were straight out sightseeing afterwards and enjoying the city!

If there’s anything you need, from TruDental or the hotel… just ask! They’re happy to oblige.
Despite the dental work, we were still able to enjoy the city and take in most sites. Even enjoying the world famous chocolate cheesecake by the Galata Tower! If you’re in Istanbul … it must be done! Thank you to Laurence and your team.

Lawrence and Sharon were amazing. Lawrence made sure I had all the information and answers to any questions I had prior to coming to Turkey. Sharon was amazing once we were here in Turkey and was so supportive and reassuring during the appointment. The dentist team were also amazing. They did adjust my treatment plan, and did less work than I thought was required. I am so impressed with the final result, the attentiveness and openness of the team. Thank you so much.

I'm extremely happy about trusting TruDental in saving my time and nerves about the case I had. Even though I had only one problematic tooth I didn't want to get it done just like that. After having a simple research I decided to get the job done in Turkey and I'm satisfied with 200%! Also I'd like to express my gratitude to Laurence who made my journey a lot easier than I thought it would be.

Unfortunately, I didn’t look after my teeth when I was younger and lived a very fast lifestyle! I never prioritized my money for my health.
Now, older and hopefully wiser LOL I saved up to get my teeth sorted.
The care and service I got was sooo sweet and caring. I can’t thank Lawrance Kate and all the docs for helping me enough. I was a nervous mess when I arrived but they even came to the hotel to comfort me as I was having a bit of a wobble the day before!

I didn't go ahead with any treatment with Trudental, so this is just a review of the initial consultation process. Unlike other companies they don't arrange x-rays in your home country so there is no way of knowing exactly what treatment will be required, how many trips will be needed and how much it will cost until you arrive in Istanbul. The "treatment plan" they sent me based on photos did not seem to have been written by someone with a professional knowledge of dentistry and was littered with errors (including huge fundamental ones like the number of implants required). They also recommend replacing perfectly healthy teeth with crowns, which I know is common in Turkey, but isn't something an ethical dentist would suggest. I was dealing with the director Laurence (which gives you an idea of scale of the company) and he switched in an instant from being super helpful and friendly (but pushy) to being defensive and dismissive as soon as I expressed concern about the mistakes and vagueness in the treatment plan, which was another red flag for me. There are many, many other more established and reputable dental tourism companies in Turkey. I will be using one of those instead.
