Really informative and responsive throughout the process

True Solicitors handled our sale and purchase of property. They handled everything online efficiently and quickly. On moving day we were kept updated regularly throughout the day. Overall a very good service and would definitely use them again.

Miss Rebecca Hann came to the rescue , all the way through the legal process of getting them to settle the case , Rebecca was there . She explained everything and was very helpful and courteous , constantly keeping me informed as it proceeded towards a court case . Thankfully , the other party realised I had a very competent solicitor on my side . The court case has been halted as they realised they were going to lose . A settlement has been reach . Don't pay anything from you own pocket. Terrible firm in every aspect but in my case I was told to pay out of my own disability benefit to post evidence directly to the defense who destroyed it and previous proven negative review shows. You would think a large law form might supply postage etc but I was promised I would receive the money back. Obviously if known where it was going might of thought twice, however since firing true solicitors, reporting them to SRA and legal ombudsman I have not received a penny back of the money I paid out. Requests have been completely ignored. Previous reviews have gotten a response from true solicitors, totally made up that we are still engaging. They blocked my email address so wouldn't believe any reply to this. But before you part with your own money think twice as when you want it back you might be ghosted
