Karlene and Nick worked tirelessly and at short notice to get my new home clean before my movers arrived. Couldn’t have done it without them.

Since she goes on about checking their reviews, I’ld share my honest opinion about my experience with them. A date and time is set for a clean because people make plans around it and its so frustrating when companies like this don’t keep their end of the bargain. These people lack the organisation and communication needed. They could have simple iritrated it wasn’t possible or they weren’t coming when I thought It was okay to make payment on arrival. And she was very much aware I was waiting on them. She had attitude with me from the beginning and looking at there’s cements, she has a lot to say to make the customers look bad rather than taking the feedbacks and just doing better

Wouldn’t use again!
End of tenancy clean:
- Arrived 1 hour and a half late
- Not thorough enough for end of tenancy clean - limescale remained, oven not clean, marks on tiles and cupboards that show cleaning hadn’t been attempted/was carelessly done
- I reswept the floor the next day and there was so much dirt and dust leftover
- Contacted them within 24 hours as landlord wasn’t happy - reluctantly they came back but were very defensive and rude
- They tried to blame it on how dirty the property was to begin with (it wasn’t - completely new appliances and bathrooms 2 years old) but this didn’t make sense as they didn’t charge us and said it was fine so they kept to the quoted price. It was agreed theyd adjust the quote on attending depending on cleanliness.
- When they turned up they were rude, shouted over us, insisted on showing photos of the oven prior to cleaning - irrelevant for end of tenancy clean as end standard must be clean regardless.
- Also blamed it on stains that couldn’t come out (we would be ok with this but the stains, limescale, cabinet marks etc all looked like they hadn’t been attempted).Only backtracked once the marks all came out on the reclean. There was no reason for them to not to be clean on first time they attended.
- I believe this May have been due to them arriving at 6.30pm and being tired and wanting to leave at 10. However, this was because they had double booked us originally.
- Overall, the cleanliness was addressed eventually and they spent a further 2 hours recleaning but this wasted our time and meant we went over the check out time of the property. It also was generally not an easy or great experience which is why we booked cleaners.
I am reviewing as I like to base my choices on reviews and even if this is denied by the company, it may be useful for future tenants who are selecting a cleaning company.

What can I say about them. Both the cleaners were amazing. They cleaned the house as it was their own. They were cleaning non stop for 8 hours, hats off to their efforts and services. I can say every penny worth spend. The house looks like its brand new. Also Karlene thank you for this, without you it would be impossible.

Property was left in a deplorable state by previous tenants and painter. They work miracles and are very hardworking individuals. Can't thank you enough.

End of tenancy cleaning was spot on. So glad I booked with true to cleaning

Karlene was very responsive when arranging the book and the fee was reasonable. The standard of clean was top quality and the property was left sparkling clean. My check out went without a hitch. Both Karlene and her colleague were friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

Actually atrocious.
Demanded extra money when they realised we were leaving the property on the same day.
Did a substandard job and didn’t take any action to correct (despite this being requested within their 24 hour window)
Refused to meet with Landlord to discuss how bad their attempt at cleaning was.

Seriously…. Don’t bother…. Wish to god I had gone with another company.

If there was a zero star - I would give it. Unfortunately, there is not.

Without a doubt the worst and most unprofessional cleaning company my partner and I have had the misfortunate of dealing with. To itemise out the issues (so other potential customers can beware):

(1) you agree a quote which according to true2cleaning is not worth the paper it's written on;
(2) they turn up late;
(3) they shake you down for more money. In our case, we asked for a clean of a 1 bedroom apartment including carpets. They turn up and are somehow 'surprised' to have to clean a 1 bedroom apartment with, yes you guessed it, carpets. They then refuse to clean the apartment unless you agree to more money, plucking random figures out of air. Not fair when it's a Sunday and you're relying on them to (a) work to the quote agreed and (b) carry out the cleaning services that day (as it's the last day of the tenancy);
(4) they don't even shampoo the carpets - which was evident when we walked through the property shortly after they left in bare feet. Instead, they not only charge us for a carpet clean under the original quote, but try to get more money from us, only to carry out cleaning of 'patches' of the carpet instead. The bags they bought did not appear to include any professional carpet cleaning machine (unless they are Mary Poppins) which appears to be the issue they will not acknowledge;
(5) they do not clean windowsills or door handles (standard for an end of tenancy clean);
(6) they do not clean a washing machine dispenser, nor the rubber rings (standard for an end of tenancy clean);
(7) they take days to respond to emails when made aware their service was substandard;
(8) they agree to come back, then refuse to come back unless an additional sum is paid;
(9) they speak over top of you, do not listen nor act reasonable when you're trying to amicably resolve the issues

Therefore, I strongly recommend to go elsewhere for your cleaning services. This cleaning service is not up to a professional standard.

No doubt the company will deny this review (yes, you have multiple emails from me and my partner an know who I am), Karlene.

Karlene and her team did a great job on an end of tenancy clean, communication was great and job was done with an excellent eye for detail. Will book again.

Excellent job by Karlene and team - were able to come the next day after a cancellation and do a great end of tenancy clean - oven, kitchen and bathroom all done to a high standard. Very professional and great communication throughout. Thank you
