What went wrong???? I should have never gave them my money, YEAH GAVE them my money. The product is cheap made, they didn't send the part to charge it either. I have asked to return it and they said NO returns on things that are on sale. I then told them the charging dock is not in the box and they basically said oh well. Still no return!!! They didn't even offer to send me the part that was missing THAT I PAID FOR. I will keep blasting this company until I die. It's not cool that they treat hard working people like this. DO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

They always have it on sale, so when you want your money back because it doesn't work, they tell you no returns because it was on sale. Once you buy it, that is that. No money back ever.

It was not good it if you leave it on one spot for too long it can burn your skin.

Absolute garbage! Emailed the company three times (their only line of contact) and no one ever contacted me. Threw this garbage in the trash!

Terrible performance. Lights stopped working and I’ve had the product for maybe a month max. Now all it does is vibrate. Save yourself the money and just get a gua sha stone or roller instead. I’m so annoyed I fell for the scam.

The product is a piece of junk made in China. Everything is cheap plastic including the device that's rubbed on your face. Customer service is the worst my package came damage it was definitely used. Somebody must've not liked it and returned it within the 30 day money back warranty it wasn't even wrapped in packaging it was just a box there was no plastic wrapped around it to show that it was brand new and that's the one they gave to me that's why it was on sale try to get my money back they only wanted to give me 50% back don't even waste your money Terrible product is a terrible customer service !!!

SCAM. Will take your money and their customer service line is a dead end bot that offers no help.

I give it 4 stars because my device stopped working after only 3 weeks of use, hopefully they return my email and replace my device since they say it’s got a lifetime warranty(? Order #8320160

DO NOT BUY! I've been waiting 2 weeks so far, no item, tracking is useless! Customer service no help either! Their website shows only 4 & 5 stars, they delete all others to mislead customers. I was under impression this was purchased in U.S. but it's shipped from China. Stay far away from this company!

Beware, this company has deceptive advertising. The home page of their website clearly says "Fast and Easy Returns" which was a key factor in my decision to order from them. The phrase "Fast and Easy Returns" implies a general return policy, not one full of restrictive fine print. I believe this constitutes a violation of fair advertising practices and consumer protection laws.

****UPDATE: My credit card company agreed with me and was able to get me a full refund.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Item never arrived, emails ignored-weeks later got a reply stating they don’t refund on promotional offers. WHAT!! It was not received. Finally I was offered 30% refund as a goodwill gesture. I wish I had checked all feedback before buying. Seems company appear to be UK based but many claims goods come in from China. Total scammers!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

I would give them 0 stars if I could.
The product they shipped has a charging cord. The cord does not fit the product. I asked for a full refund and to send the item back.
I have emailed them several times.
They claim 100% satisfaction guaranteed on their website. They said the product is not returnable.
I can't even use it.
The worst customer service!! This company should be shut down.

I received the incorrect item and when I tried to return it never received any response to my emails or instant messages. They state over and over on their website that you can return or exchange products with no issues. They even have a 100% guarantee of their merchandise. They also state they are available 7 days a week to assist. NOT TRUE!!! This must be a scam!!! I am out $51.36 and have nothing to show for it. DO NOT BUY this product!!!

As others describe. A total scam and absolutely not worth the money. The product doesn’t heat up as advertised and is v cheap quality. Laughable packaging and instructions. I tested the settings once and don’t dare to use this on my face.

Been using this religiously for 6 weeks and the difference in my forehead lines is incredible, plus my skin texture has improved so much that I barely need makeup anymore.

The beauty devices don’t work as advertised and the company’s customer service is non-existent. I sent three emails with no response. They claim sale items are non-refundable, but the devices are always on sale—essentially making refunds impossible. I had to go through my bank to get my money back. Avoid this company at all costs.

SCAM company. Hiding behind items being on sale so you can never return for refund and so that paypal will side with seller if disputed. Not replying to emails. Fake reviews on sites. Item can be found on Aliexpress for pennies, the seller puts a sticker on the box with the true beauty glow brand name. When the scam was exposed via paypal dispute the seller agreed to refund if the items were returned but he never did refund. Return address is the seller's house in the USA! He will not pay for return shipping and Paypal cannot make him so at best buyer is out of pocket for return costs. Paypal forced full refund in the end and reibursed return shipping but process took weeks. Very well thought of SCAM.
