It seems they have money to pay influencers but not for a customer service team. I’ve made several attempts to contact them with no response. Personally, I would NOT feel comfortable spending any money with this company. AWFUL.

The device I received is a scam. Crooked label and no name on the device. Do not buy!

I opted to buy from this store direct from their website thinking I would get a genuine item.. I was wrong. The box arrived with a sticker saying 'true beauty glow' slapped on the box, and no company logo on the actual device, indicating to me that the product is not actually created by this company. Its the same devices you can buy from amazon with a sticker on the box. Dont be fooled.

I received the massager, used it twice and the vibrate function no longer works. So stopped working straight away. I have also contacted customer service and haven’t received a response.

Never ever trust this company it is a scam. No one response to you as customer service!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a question the people in here writing positive reviews about this company who are they? Because most people in the comment section had horrible experience with their purchases. 🤨

NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER REPORT . 5 REQUESTS SENT TO CO. THE GEL I ORDERED IS UNKNOWN SHIPPING STATUS SINCE 12/28/2024 !! THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO RESEND GEL OR I WILL NOTIFY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AS A SCAM AND TO GET REFUND. THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL !!

Took 17 days to arrive, arrived damaged - been trying to get returns details for 30 days and awful awful customer services… also price marked up 300% do not buy from this company 🤬

Company will absolutely NOT respond back to any correspondence. There is no other way to get ahold of them. 100% SCAMMERS.

SCAM. Don’t be like me and either spend the extra or don’t bother. Took forever to come, 3 messages ignored by “customer care” and when it did arrive it won’t charge or turn on… Save your money!

Never received my product!! Multiple attempts to contact customer service with no response! So frustrating!!

Item arrived within a few days which is great, however, the item supplied is a generic one which can be purchased on Temu for £10, they have simply stuck a sticker over the original label. They are lying on their marketing campaign when they say not to fall for cheap imitations as the cheap imitations are exactly what they are selling with a 200% mark up on price. Avoid this scam company.

Total scam. The device arrived and wouldn’t light up at all, wouldn’t vibrate, nothing. I tried to start a return and even followed up on my email, and they never got back to me.

Same as other reviews, there does not seem to be a customer service and it's definitely not 24/7 as stated on their website! Like somebody else I tried to cancel my order pretty much straight away but had no response. I have sent numerous emails to no avail. Will need to raise a dispute with the bank now. Avoid!!!

Just received my item today. I ordered it 6weeks ago, site said 2weeks delivery. I emailed but got no response or tracking provided.
Item is a cheap copy. Box has a sticker on box claiming to be TBG but this is just a knock off.
Instructions very limited.
I will ask for a refund but as it’s a scam, I doubt I will get a reply.

I thought I did my research but didn’t think to look at Trustpilot. I did some googling to find top rated facial devices and TrueBeauty Glow was on that list. Not realizing this article was bait for their scam. I tried to cancel my order within 24 hours of my purchase but they denied me my request. I placed my order on November 29th and just got my order 1/3/25.
This item is as I have read from other reviews. It shipped from China and just has a sticker slapped on the box saying “True Beauty Glow”.
I am scared to try the device out since this is my first time trying this kind of facial tool and this company not being legit.
I immediately requested a return but have not heard from CS. I have sent 4 emails and no reply. This is NOT 100% hassle free returns and definitely no satisfaction guarantee.
This company is a SCAM and false information.
Don’t waste your money!!!

I chose Assure to purchase The Beauty Glow on 12/18/2024. The money is coming out of checking accounts but no product to date. 01/03/2025.

I won’t recommend doing business with most likely scammers.
