Never used this company -,True Bites, before but I liked the look of their website that showed great products at very good prices for the quality and great tips on cooking and recipes.

As some one qualified in cheffing and food studies I always look for the best I can get with quality products and at sensible fair prices

Wasn’t disappointed with what I received. I asked a few questions and got immediate answers, was kept up to date with dispatch, good packaging , good products .

And finished off with some fun banter that they send out with their emails

I was looking for an alternative for turkey bacon and my local butcher and farm don't do that or ground/minced lamb. I found the True Bite website and found an array of love produce. Placing my order was quick and easy. But I booked the wrong day for delivery. I emailed True Bites and they changed it within 10 minutes
The delivery came on time ans was packed so we'll.
More over the meat we've had so far is amazing and I'll be shopping at true bites more often. Brilliant

very disappointed at the way my meat was delivered by the carrier, it was left on the doorstep in full view of people passing by. He gave me no time to answer the door before driving off.

Wow my first time using this company and cannot believe how well packed and good there bacon is .l definitely will be buying from them again , it was a bit more expensive but worth every penny and perfect service. Thankyou

Items well priced, well packed asnd goid quality. Delivery was delayed due to the couriers. Updated via the company in a timely manner. Communication excellent and courteous.

Great butchers to deal with meat is really good quality ezpecially bacon chops best i,ve ever had.

Have ordered meat from these guys for a few years now. If you have any requests re supply/delivery etc. just ask and they will try to accommodate nothing too much trouble. Arrives well packed goes straight in freezer. Yes prices have gone up as everywhere else but I dont think supermarket meat is comparable to meat from a proper butcher. So like everyone else I’ve had to cut back on some things I usually order from them but quality over quantity is more important to me. Would not buy my Christmas meat anywhere else been delicious the last few years.

Have been having their .iddle cut bacon for about 2 years and as always the last delivery was as delicious as all the pthers have been. We live in Somerset and are so pleased we found TrueBites

What a lovely company, funny, helpful and great range of produce.
I received my first parcel today, only problem was that I was in a bad state of health and had a job unpacking.
All the meat looks great, and I am hoping tonight if I improve to actually eat something.
I cannot fault the on anything, all the problems are mine, but I am looking forward to ordering a half of lamb next month.
Really, really pleased that I found them on the internet. Job now is to decide what to eat and what else I want to try from them.
Anyway thank you for being such a nice company and I look forward to many future orders.

Great service and quality and delivered on time with no hassle, will definitely be placing more orders.

Food delivery was good. Had a small problem with delivery and contacted them but sorted it and let them know. No response to either message. I realised when we had a problem there wasn't a phone number to contact them hense the 4 stars.

The only butchers that delivered what I wanted at short notice without having to spend a small fortune
