Scam site. Not aussie at all. Been waiting a month, nothing. Been promised a refund, still waiting. Flagged it as fraud with my bank. Wish i saw these reviews first

Absolute scam! Do not buy their products! They advertise for the latest version but only carry the old version. You cannot set the virtual perimeter of the fence line and it does not send you notifications. I’ve had 4 emails with the office and they are refusing to give me my money back even tho it’s false advertising. They have asured me I’ve not bought the latest version but there is only one option available on their website! BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY!!!! Do yourself a favour and just buy an Apple tag! Would do exactly the same thing!

ZERO STARS - a scam. Collar never arrived, I received no tracking info. Do not buy from this company.

Scam! Order placed 8th July. Still not shipped by the end of the month. Emailed them and they marked it as shipped. No further updates. It's been 6 weeks. I've asked for a refund, they've said it's with the courier. Absolute scam. Not an Australian company. Very disappointed

They make themselves out to be an Aussie company. I ordered a collar 24th July. Its been almost one month since I placed an order and Im still waiting to see something in the post.

Absolutely poor. Daylight , online robbery. No tracking info. No response after 7 emails. Very disappointing.
Stole my money. Thought it was an AUstralian company.
Want my money back. Scammers.

I purchased 2x gps dog collars as they sounded great and claimed to be an Australian company. I should have done my research as anything that sounds too good to be true is usually a scam. Emailed them after a week as I hadn’t heard from them. Got a reply saying they had shipped items but no tracking details provided. Still waiting but don’t think they will arrive. Flagged it with my bank as fraudulent company so might get my money back but no guarantees.

True blue good the gps collar is a scam, does nothing it says online it isnt Australia made took 5 weeks to arrive from China. And you cant leave a review on their website. They wont give a refund beware..

SCAM. DO NOT BUY. Fabricated ‘Aussie’ business that is actually Chinese. After countless emails asking for tracking, I finally asked for a refund. They then provided tracking. Received the item after 5 weeks. Does none of the things advertised. I asked for a refund. They admitted via email that it doesn’t do any of the things the website says it does. Refused to refund, offering $20 store credit instead. I raised a case with PayPal and got my refund that way.

Total and complete scam no products no response to emails
So annoyed flushed money down the drain. Has anyone had luck getting money back ?

This company is an absolute scam

The item that you get is not what is advertised
It is a cheap knock off
The app doesn’t work no boundary fencing.
The collar doesn’t fit it’s a tiny little thing
Should’ve done my homework before I bought him a Chinese company reporting to be Australian
After advertising that they will issue a refund they have refused to honor the agreement and I’ve now declined to issue a refund
Only offer an install credit of $20

Well NOW I know it's a scam! Look at the dates of these reviews - all within the last month. Must have got us all at the same time. Also their Facebook page is now gone. I found out through trying to dispute with my bank, the location is Hong Kong. That's when I knew it wasn't a small Aussie business. I had emailed a few times asking for tracking as it had taken a month and nothing arrived. Kept being assured it was shipped and is on its way. I don't think it's coming haha

Scam drop shipping site from China. Needs to be investigated and shut down. Ordered gps collar in June with them presenting themselves to be an Aussie company still have not received my purchase. Please dont buy from them.

Still waiting for parcel tracking info 30 days after purchase: emailed multiple times and refused a refund, claiming it’s been processed and promised tracking, still nothing. Emails are repeatedly the same response, ? Automated computer response. No one to call and speak to. True Blue Goods is an international scam, happy to take your money and fail to produce the product.

Do not buy from this company. They are selling fake product that does not match their advertising or their descriptions on the website.

My collar took 3 weeks to arrive and it came from China in cheap packaging.
The app you download is not the same app they have on all their advertised marketing. Its a cheap Chinese app and the map is not whats advertised

The collar is 45cm long not 65cm as advertised so does not fit my dog. You can take the GPS box off the collar and put it on your own collar but it needs to be a thin collar to fit the GPS + I paid $99 for a GPS with collar that "fits all sizes". This is not the case.

Also, they advertise this collar as being able to set Virtual Boundary fencing (which is the only reason I purchased this) as I live on acreage and want to keep my dog in around the property. It has no function to set a boundary fence as advertised AND as they keep telling people on the Facebook ads where people specifically ask them about this and they are STILL telling people that they can set a boundary fence.

They also clearly state on the website that its a full money back guarantee. I asked for a refund.
The response I got from them was simply telling me the "current version" they have, that has been sent to me does not have Boundary fencing and they are sorry it does not fit my dog. They offered a $20 refund "in good faith" I have told them I want a full refund and have followed up multiple times with no response.

If this "current" version does not match what they are advertising at all. How can they get away with taking people' money and not refunding them the full amount as they advertise on their site.

I am going to continue posting reviews because peple need to know that they will not get the product advertised.

We'd like to clarify that the collar you received is the current version that we supply to all of our customers. At this time, we do not offer a larger 65 cm collar, and the current version does not include the boundary setting feature shown in some earlier promotional materials.

Rather than having you go through the hassle of returning the products, we'd love for you to keep them and give them a chance. Many of our customers have found the real-time GPS tracking to be a valuable feature, and if you find they're not the right fit for your needs, you may also wish to pass them on to a friend or family member who could benefit from them.

Do not buy from this company, it is a scam! I wish the current reviews were available before I made my purchase. They have falsely created high ratings form Trustpilot on their website.
I never received my order.
I have researched the company & it appears to be a shell company based in Hong Kong but registered in Wyoming USA. The company is DEFINITELY not Australian & doesn't have a physical location or contact number in Australia. I have contacted the company via email multiple times with no resolution. My order appears to have 2 seperate tracking companies & numbers and neither is correct. I have reported the company to Facebook & PayPal in the hope that others won't fall victim to this scam.
