I was happy to find this source and opportunity to purchase a vehicle I had a great interest in. I was able to locate a dealership and vehicle, very fairly priced and with many of the options I desired.

Experience was great, however, my chief issue is that I still have dealerships calling me even after I have sent them emails telling them I purchased a vehicle elsewhere, and supposedly was "unsubscribed" from their emails (which I am still receiving).

The dealership's offer for the pre-certified car I purchashed included the 'pre-certification' other dealerships were charging extra for. Saved over $1,400 on this alone when compared to other offers.

Great experience! TrueCar.com provided me one central location to review car features, pictures, CarFax info and pricing information. Each Dealer honored the advertised price, no problems or haggling. It was also easy to set up appts to test drive the vehicles. Both Benitez and AutoNation representatives were very good and helpful. I settled on the best car of the two. TrueCar.com saved me time, money and headaches.

I recently tried to purchase a car using my true car “Certifcate” and the dealer refused to honor it. What’s the point of using true car? Do they work with dealers just to get you there then lie? Complete waste of time.

I found the right car, at the right price on True Car within an acceptable distance and bought it.

I loved that I got the car I wanted with my veteran's discounts and no haggling with the car lot. I also got my car a little cheaper than true car because the dealership worked very hard to get me within my budget.
