False shipping committed

Company told us it would take 3-4 days to receive the Covid test kits for our trip 8 days from the time of the order. It took 2 weeks to get the kits. If some friends didn’t have some extra kits we would have been in trouble. Called the company and lold them to have the kits sent back, which they said they would only to have them arrive while we were gone. Tried to return the kits and they said they wouldn’t give us a refund. Strung us along for months on this.

Hawaii Island Testing Concerns

Hawaii Island wait was 3 hours for the test because they didn’t have enough staff; must hand write every single person’s name on a sheet of paper (only one person doing that); only allowed a small number of people inside the gym at a time; and did not have anyone outside having folks enroll BEFORE getting to the table.

They overwork those poor ladies -they are up at 4 am to get to Kohala before they go to Waimea until 6 or 7 pm. That’s ridiculous!

Very limited testing sites and times. Inconvenient times like 9 am on a Tuesday-if you work, can’t do that one.

Time between test and results is ridiculously long. Use a local lab! Wonder how accurate it is as well. Usually takes 5 days to get results. Took test on Saturday afternoon and got results Sunday morning -what the heck?! How did that work and if it’s real, why can’t they get results back in less than 24 hours every time?

There is no way to contact the company!

When trying to find out information on the test, there is absolutely nothing available! What kind of a test is it? How is it processed? What’s mixed in it? Is it on the CDC’s recall list and should not be used? Cannot even see the packaging or label. We have the legal right to know what kind of test this is and a response to all the other questions.

Not recommended for covid testing

I went for a covid test on the Big Island of Hawaii. It was a "spit" test but they told me not to spit. Instead I'm supposed to "drool" into a sample tube. Sorry but I don't drool. After 20 minutes of not drooling I spit into the sample tube. I was told I would be notified in 2-3 days. I took the test on Monday. Friday I still had not heard from them. I called and they said I should have results Friday afternoon. Instead of waiting I went to a different testing sight who gave me a rapid test and a nasal pcr test. In 15 minutes I received a positive test. Waiting 5 days for Trucare24 results may have resulted in me exposing family members even though I was quarantining.

Trucare 24 handled our two vaccination…

Trucare 24 handled our two vaccination clinics. They were absolutely amazing. They checked in, followed up, arrived on time and were amazing with our employees. They answered all questions, monitored and checked on patients throughout the observation period. Anthony who was in charge was amazing. I would highly recommend using Truecare 24.

$5.73 an hr

$5.73 an hr? Are you kidding? They offered $5.73 an HR for a 23 HR shift ( which is actually 24 hrs ) that is a weekly position. $135 a week?! Obviously, they ARE only in this for the money to fill THEIR pockets. Not 1 state in the US , even has a minimum wage that low. To care for an Alzheimers PT , IS a lot to do. How dare Truecare.com , insult anyone ( let alone someone with 30 years Alzheimers experience ) with such ridiculously low wages. How about you go do the job & you make $5.73 an HR. YOU, TRUECARE.COM NEED TO BE TURNED IN & PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. KIM M

Hello Kim. I wanted to thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We've requested to learn more information to check into this issue for you, but haven't heard back yet. Please reach out with the case details to our support team.

Truecare24 is a marketplace where people who need care can find caregivers. While the patients can promote opportunities at a rate that's in their budget, our platform has controls in place to ensure that a reasonable amount is being offered. You'll find opportunities ranging from 10, 15, 30, and sometimes more depending on the region and the work needed.

Please reach out to our support team directly with additional information regarding what case you're referring to so we can take a look. As you'll see by the other opportunities available, the rates you described are no where near what should occur, and many providers find meaningful income on our platform. We hope you check back in with us and can help us on our mission to provide care to those who need it.

Thank you!

Terrible service and irresponsible…

Terrible service and irresponsible management. We hired them to send a nurse to take temperatures at our wedding in Boulder, Colorado and our brunch the next day. We scheduled weeks in advance and called to confirm with them the week before the event. NOBODY SHOWED UP. Our wedding planner and friends made dozens of calls with no answer from the company. People could have gotten sick or worse at our event due to their irresponsibility. Nicole at TrueCare24 days later confirmed that they knew the nurse had to cancel 48hrs in advance and that they never bothered to even call us so we can make other arrangements. If you want nursing or medical services DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT WORK OR HIRE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT WORK OR HIRE THIS COMPANY. My boss was having a wedding in Boulder Colorado and wanted to hire a screening company to have his guest's temperature taken before entering the venue. I started out speaking with a man named Carlos. He told me that they would love to help and if I could please email him information about the event. I did so on August 5th and never received a response from Carlos. I then remembered that Carlos CC’d Charlie on the email so I kindly sent Charlie an email. I was told that Jason was looped in and he's going to make sure I was taken care of. Jason then informed me that Carlos is no longer with the company. I found it a little odd that TrueCare24 wouldn’t reach out to all of Carlos's clients to inform them. Either way, I still proceed forward. Jason emailed me on August 12th at 11:40 am and I responded on August 12th at 11:44 am. That was the last time I heard from Jason. So now I have spoken with Carlos, Charlie, and Jason and then I receive an email from Nicole. Nicole seemed great. She was answering my emails and even set up a Zoom call so we could go into details on what was expected for the day of the wedding. I had a Zoom call with Charlie and Nicole on August 19th and everything was going well until their operation manager hopped on the Zoom call ten minutes late. This is where I was told that I should hire two nurses for the event in the case that one doesn’t show up. This caught me off guard as to why I would have to pay double the price in case TrueCare24’s employee didn’t show up. I spoke with Nicole about the situation after the Zoom call and she informed me that it is not a company practice for their employees not to show up and gave me the comfort in assuring me it doesn’t happen often. Let’s jump to the day of the wedding. The nurse that was hired should have arrived at the venue at 4:45 pm. I ran downstairs to give her the thermometer only to be told by the planner that no one from TrueCare24 was onsite. That is when the planner, myself, and my boss (remember it’s the day of his wedding) got the phone to call Nicole. To our surprise, Nicole didn’t answer a single call or respond to our emails. The planner then calls the nurse that should have been on site to find that her dad passed away and won’t be making it. The nurse explained that she gave TrueCare24 a 48-hour notice and they still had no one show up to cover her shift. Working with TrueCare24 has been an absolute nightmare and I hope this review will help prevent anyone else from working or hiring this company.

I've never used anything like this…

I've never used anything like this before. I was afraid I couldn't figure it out. The support team calmed me down and led me through all the stages. We picked two candidates for the interview and stopped at one of them. He still works in our family, we're happy.
