Refund promised repeatedly, but never received
The parcel was not delivered to me and tracking showed it was being returned.
On April 22, True Chemists asked me for my bank details for the refund, and I provided them the same day. I followed up again on May 6 because no refund had arrived.
On May 8, they told me their bank had been instructed to return the amount and that it would take a few days. When the refund still did not arrive, they later stated that the refund of EUR 116 would be completed and confirmed with my bank by 26 May 2026.
That date has now passed. As of 27 May 2026, I have not received the refund, and they have not provided any bank transfer confirmation or transaction reference.
This refund case has now been open for more than a month. The problem is not only that the parcel failed to arrive. The problem is that True Chemists requested my refund details, repeatedly gave assurances about the refund, but the money still has not been returned.
Based on this experience, I would not trust them.

Update: True Chemists has now completed the refund by Bitcoin. I am updating the review to reflect that the refund was eventually received.
The refund process was slow, required repeated follow-ups, and the original bank-transfer refund did not arrive by the date they gave. However, they did eventually resolve the case and the communication remained professional.
Because of that, I am updating the rating to reflect the final outcome, while still leaving the review as a record of the delayed refund process.
