My first order was cancelled after many…

My first order was cancelled after many emails back and forth to the company. I was given a voucher to use on my next order. The voucher covered the shipping but my order was more expensive. I accually made a second order! After several days I received the next message that half of my order had been cancelled, of course this time also on items that they had a "super offer" on. How unprofessional this company is.. I can't comment on the product yet for obvious reasons but I will never order from these clowns again. Waste of time and energy.

Dreadful customer service

The order did not arrive for 2 weeks. Once I got into contact with them they told me it had been cancelled (they weren’t even going to tell me)

Then they said a refund would come after 1-3 business days. It’s been an entire week and I haven’t got a refund. Horrendous customer service

Sizing all wrong

Terrible fit, I followed the size guide and went for XL and the shirt is massive, based on this sizing would maybe get away with a M. Im 6'1" tall and 15.3 stone. The T shirt is comfortable and wont go through the process of return and will wear around the house.

Outrageous Team

It’s been 9 DAYS and my package hasn’t been shipped yet.
Wtf.

Edit: TrueClassic refuses to respond to my emails or reviews.
It’s now been 12 days. Nothing shipped or even dispatched. Cancellation not possible.

Edit 2: After finally getting my package 15 days late, only half of my order arrived. Ordered 3 White and 3 Black T-Shirts and only got the 3 black ones. This gotta be a f*ing joke

The customer service at true classic is amazing! I ordered a 3 pack and only received 2. I emailed and got a response almost immediately! They sent me the missing t-shirt immediately! They were simply amazing! The shirts are as soft as butter, and I am so happy with the service!!! I am now a VIP customer and a loyal customer! Thank you so much!

Fixed in a jiffy

My husband ordered the 6 pack of short sleeve shirts. 3 black and 3 white. When the package came, we received 3 black short sleeve, 2 white short sleeve and 1 white LONG sleeve. Customer service was able to help us out and sent us another white short sleeve and even let us keep the long sleeve. Super friendly, easy resolution, and my husband loves the shirts. Great experience! Thank you!

I had a really great experience with…

I had a really great experience with True Classic and wanted to share it.

I recently purchased the Juniper Stripe Classic Stretch Oxford 2.0, and while I genuinely loved the quality, color, and overall feel of the shirt, I unfortunately ordered the wrong size. Since I had been traveling, I only got the chance to try it on after the return window had passed, and I wasn’t sure if anything could be done.

I reached out to their support team explaining the situation, and I was honestly impressed by how quickly they responded—within just a day. Even though the item was marked as final sale, they still went out of their way to help. They offered me a full site credit and even let me keep the shirt, which was completely unexpected.

This level of customer service really stood out to me. It shows that they genuinely care about their customers and are willing to go the extra mile, even when they don’t have to.

Because of this experience, I feel much more confident ordering from them again, and I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

Highly recommend both their products and their support team! Keep building! 💪

Great company, great service.

I am a newly minted customer for True Classic clothing, having recently ordered some pants online. The pants I ordered did not fit me and I was very appreciative of the customer service I received from this company. The resolution for my dilemma was timely, fair and appropriate. Inconsistent and Overpriced.

Tried a three pack based on generally positive reviews. They arrived about a week after ordering. I was expecting a looser fit around the belly, but it really wasn't on two of the shirts. One of the shirts, even though it was marked large, was clearly a medium. THe George brand at Walmart for $6 each was a better fit.

Quality and cut variable.

I think a case of a young company that is big on branding and marketing but perhaps less so on the quality of the product.
I got three polos, three regular t-shirts and three waffle long sleeve tees with a button collar:
The fit is variable I would say. I found the polos a tad small, the long sleeve way too baggy, but the regular tees about right.
I wouldn’t say they do anything particularly amazing for the cut, they’re probably just a bit longer in the length of sleeve and body.

Unfortunately it is in the quality where they fall down a little. The waffle fabric in the long sleeve in particular is falling apart. This is particularly disappointing as, because the cut was not especially flattering, I haven’t really worn them much.
I’d also say that the polos fabric is not particularly pleasant. Bit clingy and plasticky particularly in the heat - although perhaps that’s due to the undersized cut. Regular tees quality are fine, but nothing special.
I doubt I will purchase again.

24 April edit: Down to 2 stars from 3. I’m updating because according to the response from the company they have reached out but not heard a response. I’ve checked everything. My inbox, my junk mail, my account on the app. Nothing . I have a myriad of marketing emails from you, but somehow the email to “make it right” didn’t make it through. What are the chances?!?!
I thought I was reasonably balanced and fair in my review (it was based off of 9 purchased items across three product lines), but your response just meant you fell in my estimation. Take criticism as an opportunity to get better. Don’t try to just disparage and undermine the reviewer.

Vartuhi was amazing

Vartuhi was amazing. Gave amazing service and made doing a size exchange very easy and quick. Would recommend coming to this location. Also the shirts have always been a great fit.

Order Not Delivered as Promised

So ordered two long sleeve tees. Site stated they would be delivered the following Wednesday. Wednesday passed with no delivery. On Thursday received email that the order would be delivered in two parts. The first tee was to arrive on Friday, no news about the second tee. The Friday tee then morphed into Saturday; still no feedback on the second. I am leaving for Europe on Sunday and one major reason I ordered these is because of the originally promised delivery date - I needed them for my trip. So best case is I actually get the first one Saturday and who knows about the second. They’re coming by US postal so that makes the odds even worse. Look, if you’re going to be perceived as a truthful, reliable merchant, this a very bad start.
