I had a truly great experience working with TrueCore. I had reached out as my truck went down and was going to cost me thousands to repair.
I ended up talking with these guys and not only did they help secure me the financing need for a new truck, but I was also able to establish a great relationship with my sales rep as well and I'll be coming back when I need more equipment.
These guys get it. I was rushed and in a pinch and I had my back against the wall. But they got it done, and fast! Glad to say I'm now in a newer truck, no problems, no breakdowns, and I the best part is I'm paying less monthly than I was with all the repair bills the old truck costed me. Much appreciated for all the hard work!

TrueCore Capital is deceptive with their lending practices. They would not reveal financing terms until the final last process at signing. Only then could I calculate what the interest rate would be. They never disclosed it, even when I asked what the rate would be prior to signing. They would just say they will be competitive. Why rate? Competitive?
Competitive would be 6-9% They were 19.5%!!! that is a credit card!! Not a business loan.
I wasted time with them when I should have used a legit lender.
Don't use...just go to a bank.

We respectfully disagree with this review and want to clarify the facts.
This individual never accepted or signed any financing agreement. No obligation was created and no time was wasted beyond a standard review. They were always free to pursue other lenders or a bank.
TrueCore works with lenders & internal finance programs to find the best rate for your profile. Unfortunately, having a subpar credit profile does not constitute Prime Rates.
All final terms are fully disclosed before signing, allowing the client to accept or decline with no pressure. In this case, the option was reviewed and declined, which is completely acceptable.
No fees were charged and no agreement was entered into. Declining an offer does not mean deceptive practices.
We wish them the best in finding financing that fits their needs.
May 28,2024 I entered into a financing agreement with TrueCore Capital, LLC under the impression—based on direct verbal communication—that I would be able to prepay the balance in full after one year without incurring any interest or fees. This verbal assurance significantly influenced my decision to proceed.
However, upon reaching out to exercise that option after one year of consistent, on-time payments, I was informed that I would still be liable for all accrued interest, finance charges, and a 5% prepayment penalty and that TrueCore Capital is just a broker and not the finance company. This directly contradicts what was represented to me at the time of signing.
The written contract includes a prepayment clause, but it does not reflect the no-interest terms I was verbally promised. When I requested call recordings or written evidence supporting what was discussed, I received no clear resolution or documentation.
As a business owner, I take my obligations seriously, and I expect full transparency from financial partners. Unfortunately, this experience with TrueCore Capital has left me feeling misled and financially burdened due to a bait-and-switch approach.
I urge others to get everything in writing, and I caution anyone considering this company to review all documentation carefully and not rely on verbal statements. I am currently exploring my legal options for misrepresentation.
