Although the product performs perfectly. There is some difficulties with a particular representative that does not respond to our office. He does however respond to our company president.

I am a designer and construction manager. Working with Trueform was a great experience. They were professional, on time and went to great lengths upon install of a large conference table to make everything perfect and to our standards.

Horrible experience. I would give them zero stars if possible. I had a bathroom sink and counter installed. I had to install a bracket myself under the countertop to keep it from wobbling. Then the sink started to stain not very long after installation. Response to my inquiry took forever. They wanted to reseal it and charge me. At my request, they finally agreed to re-seal it at half price. They told me not to use any harsh cleaners on it, so I only cleaned it with water, which is obviously not the most hygienic. Two months after resealing, my sink stained again. They actually had the nerve to tell me it was because either my toothpaste, mouthwash, etc. etched the sealer. I mean, this is a BATHROOM SINK!!!!!!!!! Who makes a bathroom product that cannot withstand ordinary toiletries. I would avoid them at all costs unless you're willing to not brush your teeth or shave and receive a total absence of customer support.

This company is the real deal. A product in a base color I couldn’t find anywhere else, amazing customer service, prompt shipping and everything received in tact and as ordered. Amazing!

Quality is EXCELLENT. Customer service was great. We made a few changes after our order and all were graciously accommodated. Would HIGHLY recommend trueform to anyone looking for a high quality, gorgeous piece.

The sinks were great! The packing was very secure! When installing, I hit a little piece of fiberglass that wasn’t smooth on the underside, but other than that the product is beautiful. My only qualm was with the website. I feel like the photos don’t give you a good representation of what the color would look like on that model, and the samples are so expensive. I made my best judgment and overall the sink/vanity is so unique and lovely!

Excellent service == they sent samples immediately and are very responsive. I am ordering several products from them for my current renovation.
