Not pleased at all

Not pleased at all. I ordered weeks ago it was shipped they say, the tracking had it at Kennedy Airport for days . They are no hel at all . They do not understand I should not have to trace this order that is their responsibility . It really is not worth the bother to order with them. Still have no product and no help

Please don't waste your money on True Harness
I placed my order on 6/5/21 it has shipping will be 2 to 4 days in another area of their site it has 7 to 10 days because of Covid. I sent a message on 6/9/21 asking if it has shipped I than sent another message on 6/14/21 has my stuff shipped yet. asked again on 6/17/21 what is going on with my order. They finally sent me my shipping info on 6/17/21 it's on its way. On 6/22/21 now 5 days that it had been shipped no update from DHL so I called Sam at DHL said the company does this all the time makes a shipping label but never sends it to them as of today 6/24/21 per DHL they do not have the package from True Harness?
I called my bank filing a formal complaint. My bank asked me if I knew if the company has gone bankrupt????? WOW that was an eyeopener.
I went online found the address it's an apartment complex in Los Angeles the address that is on the BBB site again WHAT how does the BBB not know about this company they said True Harness I say Scam Harness.
Katie Williams from the customer support said they will refund me when I get the harness and send it back. They have lied about everything. I'm not sure they would admit they received it back.
So breakdown order 6/5/21. 6/17/21 per Katie on it's way per DHL never received received package they have the tracking number on 6/17/21 but no packed sent to DHL. 6/24/21 per DHL they still don't have it. Per Katie 6/21/21 I need to give it the 7 to 14 days from shipping date. 6/17/21 or the day DHL gets it if they ever do. I'm going with 6/17/21 so my order should be to me no later then 7/1/21 great I will be away by then out of town. Went out today to get my fur baby a harness. My bank will get involved after 7/1/21 they said we need to wait the 7 to 14 days from the shipping date.
I'm sure it will not be here by 7/1/21 but I will get my money back from my bank so all good.

DO NOT BUY this product! Worse than Poor quality and TERRIBLE Customer Service.

DO NOT BUY this product. I ordered 2 xs harnesses. It took over a month to arrive. One was great but the second one was poorly made and not even the same size. The strap was put on backwards and the clip would not stay tight. Within a minute of walking my dog got out of the harness. I asked for a refund and sent pictures and a description of the issues. They sent me another harness instead which took another month to get. The new harness had the same problems as the last. I again asked for a refund. This time they wanted me to take videos. I lost it! "Their web page clearly says 60 day risk free guarantee. Get a refund no questions asked." It took me over 2.5 months to get it resolved. I told them I would not let this go based on principal. Their product is of very poor quality and dangerous to use. I finally got a refund today after threatening to write a review and posting on social media the pictures of the product I received and their responses. Lies, lies, lies is what I told them and I would let the world see it for themselves. I read the reviews on their website. I really wish I had found this site first. For sure I have learned a lesson. Don't believe what you read in terms of reviews on the companies website.

Do not order from these people and company

Do not order from these people. I ordered two harness from them like everyone else it took months to get here and they blamed the postal service. I told them that the plastic latch was faulty and like everyone else they told that I latched it wrong and sent a video how to tighten the straps. That is not the problem, they blamed me for their faulty products. Customer service is awful they hide behind a email address no phone number. They even told me to send a video of the latch on both of my harness for my dogs while I am walking them, two dogs yeah right. My corgis have gotten injured because of their faulty products. They never got back to me. So they said they would take care of this situation and like everyone else they never did. I think we should all get together and get a class action suit against these people and this company don’t waste your money these harnesses do not do what they say they do. I feel that we should get a class action suit against this company and these people

Do not order anything from TrueHarness

I ordered a harness. It took a month to arrive, and it came in an envelope. It was the wrong size. I emailed the company. No response. I sent a follow up email, and said I would gladly send the wrong size harness back to them if they would give me an address. No response. I sent two more emails. It was now getting close to two months from my original request. I finally heard from Scarlett, who told me to "just give away the harness I had received" and a correct size was on the way. It is now June, and I have not received the harness. Got an email on May 26 and was told it was the US Postal Service's fault--"we sent the harness and for some reason they would not deliver it." She said this was happening a lot. According to TrueHarness it is all the Post Office's fault. I don't buy it. Worst customer service I have experienced. They do not follow their own instructions regards "returns" and there is no phone number--only an email address. Yet they happily send out emails advertising their products and giving "pet tips." Please spread the word--this is not a good company to deal with.

I bought a harness and a bark control…

I bought a harness and a bark control device. I do like the harness, the jury is still out on the bark control. I gave 3 stars for several reasons. First, everything comes directly from China. That means it takes nearly 30 days to get here. If I had known that, I would not have bought it. Second, tracking and updates are nonexistent until a day or two before actual delivery. Third, I don’t trust the reviews on their website. Nothing but 5 and 4 1/2 stars. If you buy, just be prepared for a long wait for the product.

I’m only rating True Harness 1 because…

I’m only rating True Harness 1 because I can’t give it a big fat zero!
I am so totally unimpressed with this product.
The harness took ages to arrive after ordering.
The first day we used it on our walk, the cheap quality plastic clip undid twice.
We tried again a second day, but the same thing happened.
There is also stitching that is already coming loose.
This product is of poor quality and unsafe as a dependable harness for your dog.
DO NOT BUY FROM TRUE HARNESS!!!

Do not purchase from this company

Do not purchase from this company, Placed my order over 3 weeks ago, finally when they said that my package was delivered it was actually a lie. Never got my order and they wont refund my money. Again dont use this company. Horrible Horrible customer service.

I purchased a harness and leash

I purchased a harness and leash. Within a couple of weeks my dog pulled and the leas snapped. A week later the harness buckle snapped into. I was told to send $5 shipping and they would replace the leash(hasn’t happened). Then I was told they would give me a 50% discount on a harness. They are poor quality and I will not waste my money on another!!

Have been waiting for almost two months…

Have been waiting for almost two months and still no product. No phone number to contact them. I emailed them and they sent me a response that my order was shipped and the postal service messed up. They said they shipped it again and this time provided me with a tracking number that did not go anywhere. I emailed them and asked that they cancel my order and refund my money. Let's see how that goes. Very disappointed.

Do not waste your time and money

Do not waste your time and money, this is a scam site and you will mot get your product.
Ordered and never got an update. Sent an email, within minutes my status was changed to shipped. Says picked up by DHL. Went to their site, DHL has no such package or tracking number in their system. Trueharness is based out of LA, which is normally your west coast distribution center for China junk. I’ve been had, don’t send them your money, buy American, shop around!!

Don't Do It!!

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered! Like others it took 3 weeks to arrive, not sure why since it's a US company. Probably had to wait for their shipment from China. Quality of product is way below average. Flimsy. The latch didn't work properly and wouldn't stay fastened. As soon as my 20 pound dog walked briskly it popped open. I emailed the company and they sent me a video how to tighten the straps! I replied saying it's not the strap, it's the buckle and they wanted me to send a video showing the malfunction! What! Take the trash back! Their website has nothing but positive reviews, so of course they're fake. I disputed the charge with my cc, I don't have time and patience to deal with scammers.

Seems sketchy

Ordered a harness April 5th, just arrived May 7th! I emailed them weeks ago asking where my order was, told me in shipment, sent me a dhl tracking info. Clicked on it and seemed like it hadn’t gone anywhere but....then emailed again. Was told the harness shipped on the 22nd! But what about the dhl shipping notice? Women apologized, shipping delayed...blah blah blah. Finally arrived, not super impressed. Packaged shipped from Call Turbo LLC, poorly packaged too. Harness was in a clear bag with no instructions. Not sure if we are using correctly, but it does fit....xxl (my golden has a 43” chest). Only place with a harness large enough. Handle could be bigger, not feeling like it’s really secure, but she’s a baby and wouldn’t run off. I got an email confirmation that the item had arrived....and asked I go onto their Facebook page and give them a positive review! WTH?

This company is terrible

This company is terrible! If I could, I would give them 0 stars.

I placed an order on March 21 and it's now May and I'm still waiting. I've emailed several times and they keep giving me the same B.S. about the order is shipping.

Save your money, do not patronize this company

Poor Quality Product (D-Ring) & Horrible Customer Service

I bought the TrueHarness in February. I did not receive the order until mid-March. The product did work in stopping the pulling and is easy to put on. However, the quality of the D-Ring is horrible, and the customer support is even worse. The D-ring is stitched into the back of the harness under the straps they use to secure the dog. I have a beagle, not a strong dog, and my beagle was able to put enough tension on the d-ring to have the stitching come out within 30 days of use. When I contacted customer support, they stanchly defended their 7-day defect policy. They have no phone number or customer support other than an e-mail to complain to, and do not respond to your real concern until you go to BBB. Here is my bottom line: This company's product must be poor because they are not willing to back it with a defect policy beyond 7-days or a good customer support network. Avoid them! Buy someone else's product that works and stands behind their products.

I would give them a -star rating if it was available! Ordered 2 harnesses for my dogs; it has been over a month and still no receipt of the harnesses; I have contacted them twice and was told that the harnesses were at the DHL facility for shipment, that was on 4/29/2021; still no harnesses as of today 5/5/2021! I have asked for a refund we will see how that goes.

2 dogs, 100 lbs each!! Thank you, Trueharness!

Thank you, Trueharness, for the amazing harnesses!! Our two dogs, Krypto, an Australian shepherd and Sitka, a mixed Malamute/Husky, seem very content and comfortable with the new harnesses! Both dogs weigh close to 100 lbs. each so I ordered the XXL. Sitka was very bad at pulling when we took her for walks but this harness keeps her in check!! Thank you so much!
