I am on several freelance platforms and feel most comfortable with Truelancer.
1. It's not overcrowded.
2. Not infested with scamsters. You do find the occasional one. They too are taken down when reported.
3. Excellent staff and coordinators. They even arrange conf-calls between the Client and freelancer. That is a great plus and helps sort out doubts & queries.
4. The payments too are done without any hitch or delay.
5. No high power sales pitch or pressure to go in for subscriptions & paid status'.
6 . With 20 proposals being the limit for free members, there is plenty of elbow room.

I was in search of good platform where I can explore my skills and help other by doing their projects. I found Truelancer.com after using it I feel that this is most lovely platform. This platform is not legit, there are thiefs behind it.
The pretending clients just steal your ideas and disapear. no jobs, no payments..
Indian sites are not trustful at all.

Co-ordinator misunderstood my job requirement and then blamed me for it even though the project details were so clear. I never wanted a refund but i wanted a change in project co-ordinator. Because I wrote in about this, they refunded me on the money. FOR WHAT? This is just hush hush money. It's ridiculous.

They miscommunicated it to the freelancer and i found out 2 months later that they were never paid or refunded on their subscription. I released 50% for partial work and they should have at least gotten that, regardless.

Had to recreate a job post and then send the freelancer another sum of money.
Even as a hirer, TRUELANCER DOES NOT PROTECT ITS FREELANCERS.
If you're a hirer and they do this, YOUR BRAND IS AT STAKE just being related to such ridiculous practices.
Their support is absolutely garbage. Kunal Rajput and Jatinder should be fired.

Check their reviews on google, specifically on moutshut and sitejabber, there's tons of their horrible reviews. It's so unethical.

Truelancer has given me a chance to earn money by working online. Currently, I have completed 3 projects since I joined, and I hope for even more. Thanks Truelancer.

Truelancer is a great platform but not supporting as per commitment made at time of pro member registration.

They are forcing their freelancers to get premium membership and they don't care about you or your experience in this field.

A trusted platform for freelancers, with varieties of jobs and excellent support staff.

A good platform but Relationship manager are irresponsible. Never pick up the call or answer. And they said they're pro member get support from Relationship Manager but all these things for just making members.

My first ever freelancing platform...I've earned there 3000 Rs. till now(I know that's not very much, but as a beginner I was happy).
