Truelancer Looting and Scamming Freelancer by automatic deducting money from their account. Stay away from this scam marketplace. 0 Star!!! Not recommended at all!!!

They posted a job on Linked In searching for Spanish Tranlators. When I applied they directed me to their site to create an account. Unfortunately I did it, without realizing it was a fake job post, for people to create accounts in their site. A total cheat. I have just sent them an email to ask them to close my account and erase my information. I am really pissed off!

Good site for freelancer

Prompt response to queries, site is easy to navigate, proper guidelines in place to ensure freelancers aren't cheated of work or payments. Overall my first experience in using Truelancer has been good! The feature where freelancers aren't allowed to share any contact details is great as it ensures all communication is done on the site itself. Which is essential to make sure the freelancer isn't taken advantage of.

I wish I could give less than one star. People at Truelancer chase you and convince you to buy their membership. But once that is done, they won't even care to provide any projects. Horrible experience. Please do not trust them!

The nice and good project.
I appreciate the nice and good dealing in Truelancer to employ and client.

It was going great at the beginning but these day I don't know why I'm not getting jobs, I just hope it gets better for me soon.

Also there are some clients that I worked for and they just when offline without paying for the job, it's been five months of trying to reach out to them but still no response. I hope the platform can do something about it and I get paid soon.

Customer Support is not at all happening, when we approach them for any issues, they are not at all responding to our messages, even after sending lots of messages. If the Client is not reachable for too long days, only the feedback/review of the developer is getting affected. Not sure what is the point of this...

The team of Trulancer -Sandip Adhikary, rahul has promised and convinced me about the high end service of trulancer.com but ones I paid and took the membership these people had not shown any interest in our profile. No clients, no leads, no business. My hard earned simple got looted by this Trulancer.com
This site-company-team is big scam, I have tried to communicate with the support team but no response from any of them. Big Scam please be safe.

Experience is good, but some people get work done and don't pay, its a bad thing which needs to be addressed.

Worst experience ever!! I am a pro verified user of Truelancer so I have some perks like I can directly contact the job assignee as well as their is a relationship manager assigned who looks after everything. What happened in my case was first my relationship manager was absent and not used to pick calls {around three months} then on my own way I entitled with a job but when the job was completed then the assignee didn't showed up. Then I tried to call my relationship manager and surprisingly there was no response

The buyer could assign you a job without consulting with you, and then can give you a bad review once the deadline is over.

I got this experience when buyer gave ma bad rating for the job assigned to me without my permission. They kept the one day deadline so by the time I noticed the job the deadline was over. I spoke with the buyer, and they expressed apology, and tried changing the review but the system didn't allow them. I spoke to customer support about it, and told them the buyer wants to change the review but they said it's not possible.

While I was paid member, I searched for new jobs, but the platform did not suggest me any new job. They repeated the old jobs to my account (visible). While I contacted the admin and told them the fact, they suggested me to subscribe 1year plan, although I was paid member. and they told very clearly that they only help those people who paid more and subscribed at-least 1year plan. So, I found that the ethics of TRUELANCER's administrator was not business/ work friendly. Then I liked to quit TRUELANCER. Here in this platform (Trustpilot) is not allowing me to place this review which had "date of experience" 19/10/2021. So I am changing the date for only information giving purpose. I have the proofs, if anybody want to view I can share. Thanks

I found too much difficulty in money withdrawal 😔. I don't recommend others to use truelancer. Sorry if you feel bad but it is true.
