A friend of mines adopted a Golden (white in color) from this organization. The dog was sick the day she arrived to her house, vomiting and diarrhea. She had vaginal bleeding. Took her to emergency Vet. When the owner contacted the rescue organization, they were not helpful in giving information as to what had transpired in the dogs life. Her personal Vet said that the dog was infected with hookworms, pus from teats and that she will need to have additional surgery when she is in better health. She will keep the dog and provide a good home. I just want others to know to ask health questions, vet exam history, and shot record. The owner sent a text message and no one responded.
